Hello All,

I have just about had it with those funky Republican Senators acting like freaking children getting ready to heap another scoop of sh_t on the US economy by letting the auto industry fall just because they want to break the UAW. Who voted for these fools to be in office! Their argument against the big 3 is to praise the foreign auto industry? Is that some unpatrotic bullsh_t or not? Since most of these "Senators" are from the South, and since it is apparent that white folks in Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama, and Kentucky aint got good sense and keep putting these low budgets bit_ches in office, I say we grant their wish from 1850s and let these motherf_ckin states break from the rest of the US. Those southern states aint cost us nothing but trouble. I am racking my brain to figure out, since losing the Civil War, what good has any of those Southern states done for the US! And since most of them Looooong for those Gonw With The Wind Days, I say we give it to them, give them a swift kick in the ass and send them on their way!

As you know, I often disagree with you, but sometimes you hit one right out of the damn ballpark, Thumper.

Somewhere your Uncle is pleased as punch.

The Northerners should have shot about 50,000 of those rebels right after the War and we wouldn't have had so much trouble.

Agreed! If they want to wrap their asses in the Stars and Bars, then they should do it OUTSIDE of America's borders.

a friend sent me this email a few weeks ago, entitled Makes You Wonder

John Smith started the day early, having set his alarm clock (MADE IN JAPAN) for 6am. While his coffeepot (MADE IN CHINA) was perking, he shaved with his electric razor (MADE IN HONG KONG). He put on a dress shirt (MADE IN SRI LANKA), designer jeans (MADE IN SINGAPORE) and tennis shoes (MADE IN KOREA).

After cooking his breakfast in his new electric skillet (MADE IN INDIA), he sat down with his calculator (MADE IN MEXICO) to see how much he could spend today. After setting his watch (MADE IN TAIWAN) to the radio (MADE IN INDIA), he got in his car (MADE IN GERMANY), filled it with gas (from Saudi Arabia) and continued his search for a good paying AMERICAN job.

At the end of yet another discouraging and fruitless day checking his computer (Made In Malaysia), John decided to relax for a while. He put on his sandals (MADE IN BRAZIL), poured himself a glass of wine (MADE IN FRANCE) and turned on his TV (MADE IN INDONESIA), and then wondered why he couldn't find a good paying job in AMERICA.

In January we will be inaugurating a half-Kenyan president made in the island of Hawaii.

Naw man, I don't want to need a passport to go to Florida or to visit 99% of my relatives.

Besides it is not the Southern states per se. It is, and always has been, rich folks. The same rich folks that had boys (black and white) dying in the civil war and every war since for THEIR benefit.

The blame sits with the ones in power, the monied ones. The masses in the south, and the north for that matter, are too ignorant to know what is going on, let alone to be blamed for it.

Besides if you look at the current situation one could argue that much of the blame belongs to the Northerners at the helm of the financial system.

I used to work for a company (Goldman Sachs) whose average employee (30K strong) made over $650K per year. Do you think any of those had an interest in halting the money train? In fact the vast majority of employess had no clue what the heck was going on. Goldman's former CEO Hank Paulson is now United States Treasury Secretary and member of the International Monetary Fund Board of Governors.

Former Goldman COO, John Thain was also CEO of New York Stock Exchange, and CEO of Merrill Lynch.

Former Goldman co-CEO Jon Corzine is the Governor of New Jersey and a former United States Senator.

Men like these have access to more money and power than most can image.

These cats, and the other like them ,are the ones pulling the strings and reaping the benefits, so you can blame the south if you want. I think that blame would be misdirected.

And no I never made $650K in a single year that average was heavily skewed to a relatively small number of individuals.

I am riding with Troy. There seems to be a hugh misconception about white people and power, just like some think Republicans = bad & Democrates = Good. It's a fact that the KKK was organized to support Democrates and bring down Republicans. 1/4 of the klan's lynchings was white Republicans. If you look at the recent senate votes I think you will be surprised to find that it's Democratic northerners that are impeding many of the bills that some would assume Republicans were at fault.

Dr. King mentioned the horrors of the North.

I agree, just like slavery was not the core issue of the civil war, north and south is not the dividing line of money. Money goes were money goes. Over 600,000 men died during the Civil War and it wasn't about a black man.
