How were they able to pull that one on the voting public? We got people who should be running to pull the voting lever for anybody BUT a Republican, poor and pitiful as church mice, criminals. Insane. Poverty stricken. Full of STDS.

But they yelling about abortion.

What is it?

Abortion is a big issue with the Religious Right who McCain is trying to woo. Sarah Palin is a poster girl for the "pro life" crowd since she didn't abort her Down's Sydrome fetus, a "choice" she was able to make since she can afford the special needs such a child requires.

And when it comes to the behavior of Sarah's knocked-up 17-year-old unwed daughter, these hypocrites "flipped" because, after putting family values on hold long enough to let her loser boyfriend tap that azz, this skank opted to go through with her pregnancy.

The "right-to-choose" when it comes to pregnancy is at the core of Women's Rights issues. The fanatical Conservatives want to impose their "values" on other people so they make being "anti-abortion" a litmus test for a presidential candidate, apparently thinking we're electing a Pope not a President. These are the same folks who want less government control in our lives except, of course, when it comes to women making personal decisions.

So true. I watched Bill O'Reilly (ultimate spin master) justify and brush off the pregnancy of Palin's daughter. He lamented; "....First of all, unlike these urban pregnant teenagers, Palin's daughter is not being supported by tax dollars. Secondly, at least she and the father are getting married". There ya have it. No need to comment. The statements speak for themselves. But would O'Reilly (along with Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Ann Coulter, Michael Reagan and Mike Gallagher) and the right wingers have been so cavalier and indifferent had that been Obama's daughter? Plueeeezzzz.....

"The "right-to-choose" when it comes to pregnancy is at the core of Women's Rights issues. The fanatical Conservatives want to impose their "values" on other people so they make being "anti-abortion" a litmus test....... of course, when it comes to women making personal decisions.

True again. Less government unless it concerns their agendas and issues. Then government intrusion is justified and given a thumbs up. The stench of right wing hypocrisy can be unbearable at times.
