A black elected official just told me that he has been informed that anybody showing up at the polls wearing an Obama or McCain t-shirt will be turned away without being allowed to vote.

I think we ought to test this one.

(An elected member of a local school board and a veteran poll watcher (and Obama volunteer) for the City of St. Louis tell me different.

The school board member was outraged, said he'd never heard of such before, said he knew it was aimed at Obama supporters, advised me to spread the word not to wear that stuff to the polls.

The poll watcher said when they went to a refresher class they were instructed to eject anybody wearing t-shirts or buttons.

Keep on acting like this is a joke if you want.

You all can screw around with your internet information but you better go out in the real world.
