America is not in a healthy state. But because they are quacks, Republican spin-doctors have misdiagnosed the ailment and come up with a cure for color-blindness. It is a white pill, - a strident WASP sporting a bee-hive hair-do, and her sting is reinforced by the poison of deviousness.
Meanwhile Democrats stand around nursing their wounds looking for a vaccine against the plague of a presidential campaign, wondering if a double dose of reality will stave off the contagion of Republican facism complicated by right-wing hypocrisy.
As I sit in the emergency waiting room, I hope for a miracle. This is what Barak Obama needs to survive.  |
