I think what happened was Beyonce (as she introduced Tina Turner at the Grammy's) called Tina Turner the "Queen", not sure if she said "of soul" but she referred to her as the Queen. Anyhoo, Aretha took offense to that saying that she didnt know who she offended at the Grammy Awards but she thought that she was the Queen. She went on to say that she has no ill will toward Beyonce for her "error". |
