Ask Halle whether she's going to use "Berry" as the surname of the child she is expecting and, if so, will she go along with the trendy Hollywood fad of giving odd names to newborns, and call hers "Straw".
Seriously, she'd probably respond with a "no comment" to any interesting questions about her private life, and her public life is rather ho-hum at the moment. How many times do we have to hear that she is craving pickles and that marriage is out of the question for her. Since she's been wed to a bi-racial man, a black one, and her present significant other is white, a good question for her to say "no comment" to would be: "who can do it the best?" DUH. |

Not me and I don't understand why anyone else would. I have no problems with Ms. Berry and I wish her all the luck in the world but I can't get into this tabloid mentality of researching and digging up gossip and trashing people for their personal lives. I've read some comments about Ms. Berry in this forum before. I was somewhat taken back the haters comments and opinions of this young black actress. Especially by those who know absolutely nothing about her personally. I guess I'm just not into autographs, personal questions and gossip.

Well Id like to know what happened to the movie rights she bought to Kathleen's book? Did the option run out? Is is on the shelf, what? Actors always optioning a book and then don't do anything with it...Like Jada pinkett smith and the coldest winter ever! |

Actors option the books then they still have to sell the idea to the studios which is usually where everything stops dead in it's tracks. |

Hummm. Come to think of it, Halle was also supposed to making a movie about the child piano prodigy, Phyllipa Duke Schyler, starring Alicia Keyes. |

She said she'd "never" marry again, and we all know feelings can change. Has her relationship with Mr. Aubry shifted her perspective regarding marriage, especially now that she is/will be the mother of his child?
