Just the other day I was reading about the Jena 6,
for those who do not know the Jena 6 is a group of black teens who are facing Serious jail time for defending them selves from White Racists.
It all started over a Stupid Whites ONLY tree!
There was a White Only tree in the town of
Jena,Louisana some WHITE KIDS from the high school in the town did not want blacks to sit under the Whites ONLY tree
Well a group of black kids who also
go to the school in this town decided
to sit under the Whites Only tree.
As you can imagine All Hell Broke Lose.
To make a long story short,in retaliation for
the black kids sitting under the Whites Only tree
a group of white kids hang some nooses on the
tree Whites Only tree later one of the black kid's was jumped by a group of Whites at a party
Three other Black kids were at a gas station,
when a white guy with a gun came up to them
and threatened to shoot them.
The kids managed to wrestle the gun away from
the White guy and ran off with the gun.
Later on at the high school a DUMB white kid
yelling racial slurs started a fight
with a group of black students needless to say
the White kid got JUMPED he ended up going to the hospital.
The police were called and all 6 black
students involved in the fight were arrested,
they could get up to 22 years in jail.
Some body then decided to set the school on fire
the Whites Only tree was then Cut down
Al Sharpton is now on this story, Oprah is going to do a show about this and thousands of people from around the country are going to attend the rally for the Jena 6 on september 20.
Mean while the White kids who hang the nooses
on the Whites ONLY tree and who started Most of the fights have gotten away with out being punished

Eastwest, I said this in another thread and I'll say it again, it appears the redneck justice system in the South, is just as bad as the culture that allowed the Emitt Till lynching to go unpunished. But to be fair and factual, there have been some serious convictions of white racists for their violent crimes against blacks. But the underlying cultural current of the Dixie Land mentality is still alive and very well. The Jena Six and the conviction of Shaquanda Cotton in Texas are perfect examples.
But even more disturbing, is the fact that there are still shameless simple minded Negroes in denial, who will defend the Republican Red State mentality and deny that racism even exists today! Why? Well, because they claim they have never experienced it. Didn't grow up and see it and "no one told that that it existed" (?). Therefore, any blacks claiming to have experienced racism, must be dupes and puppets for white liberals. To them, there is no other acceptable explanation. It's sad, but true.
