I live in an upscale area wid the white people but I am about to move to a lower middle class black neighborhood. My boss (black) told me not to move to where the blacks live. He said, "niggas will steal the very bricks from your house. They are the last people you should want as neighbors."
Are blacks so disreputable that it is not safe to live among them even when you are black yourself?

(You must throw out the notion that just because you are black you have a pass to live in peace among any other black people.
This is not true anyplace in the world and never has been. If you go to Africa, they don't identify as African or even citizens of the country but by what tribe you are down with.
Same thing here. Always has been. People don't cotton to outsiders--or at least you have to work to be accepted by them.
I have had little trouble everywhere I have been around black people. I approach them, am friendly, open, laid back let them get to know me.
This still has not protected me from the minority of blacks who are not right and who would ice me or any other black on a bet.
If you are moving around poor inner city blacks, prepare for war. Most of them will leave you be. But remember they ain't got nothing. They ain't going to get nothing and they look to take it from somebody else. If you are there it's your ass.
You don't have to worry about your neighbors ripping you off if you are around older, homeowning, or well to do blacks. Then you just got to worry about blacks from poorer areas coming and stealing your stuff.
You could always move around some white people though--and have them set you up on a case or paint "••••••" on your house or cut your throat and eat you.

Yeah there is a big business in bricks. Around here they steal them and sell them to people building homes and patios and stuff in the outlying areas and suburbs. |
