Oprah Mourns Death of Her Dog Gracie

NEW YORK (AP) - Oprah Winfrey is mourning the death of her 2-year-old golden retriever, Gracie.
"Weeks have passed," Winfrey says in the August issue of O, the Oprah Magazine. "And the pain has not subsided. Every time I think about it, my heart starts racing and I feel like I just got stabbed in the chest."
On May 26, Gracie choked to death on a plastic ball that belonged to Sophie, Winfrey's 12-year-old cocker spaniel, while out with her dog walker and two other golden retrievers, Winfrey says.

Hell, Mzuri-Oprah could tell about her bathroom experiences, her favorite hat, how her toes are shaped and people would treat it like the word of gospel.

I think it's ironic that Oprah has billions of dollars and her precious dog died on a cheap 2¢ plastic ball. Wouldn't a person who has common sense know that such an item presents a choking hazard BEFORE someone chokes to death. This is why I love to hate Oprah, the woman is dumb. Not dumb in the sense that she can't get money, just seems to lack common sense and forethought.

Really. The other day on her show "O" was interviewing a woman who had lost her husband and son in a car accident, and as the woman was explaining how she overcame her anger, she said something to the effect that after she decided to fight off her bitterness she was able to renew her faith when she stopped boxing God, and Oprah, without missing a beat, replied, "yes, some people want to put God in a box." ???? |

The puzzled look on the woman's face confirmed to me that she meant that she was boxing with God, - fightin him because she was angry at him. Not putting him in a box. I guess a lot of folks never heard the expression, your hands too short to box with god. |

What was she thinking - how could you put God in a box anyway? I think that all of Oprah's money has caused her brain capacity to diminish because she doesn't need to do any critical or analytical thinking anymore. She can just sit there like a rich bump on a log and vegetate while her sycophants wait on her hand and foot and do her thinking for her.
