I know of one meaning besides my own but this I’m not sure.
D.C. MAYOR FENTY CATCHING PLENTY FLACK: He Appointed Korean to Head Predominantly Black City Schools.

Recently elected Washington, D.C. Mayor Adrian Fenty has come in for heated criticism, both locally and nationally, for selecting a Korean with limited teaching experience as chancellor of the city's predominantly Black public schools.
Fenty has been labeled everything from a "Negro" to "Black with a small 'b'."
Fenty has maintained that Michelle Rhee is the best person to turn around the city's troubled public schools.
However, Rhee, a Korean American, has admitted she had "great difficulty" dealing with Black students when she taught briefly in a low-income section of Baltimore, Maryland.
Locally, the Washington Times quotes one D.C. resident as summing up the opinions of many city parents by saying, "People are not asking where are the Black people on Fenty's team, but where are the educators?"
Nationally, professor and political activist James Clingman suggested D.C. residents boycott city schools adding, "It is sheer madness that we allow these so-called black (small 'b' intended) politicians to continually turn their backs on Black people."

Hmmmm. Someone who has "great difficulty" dealing with black students? And isn't even afraid to say it publicly? Perfect person to make sure black students stay right on the bottom where they think we should be.
Ooooh, I hope the residents of D.C. remember this shyt come next election. |

This really burns me up. This is another case where I seriously would understand if the klan just kicked up their feet and laughed out loud.
Black man who chooses as someone to supervise the learning of black children.....a woman who isn't even ashamed to admit that she doesn't deal well with black kids.

What's Rhee's RECORD as a school administrator? I mean, shouldn't THAT be a prominent part of how she and Mayor Fenty are judged? |

You would think that would be a fair and impartial standard for assessing and making a reasonable conclusion. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Race baiting takes precedence. You know how it goes.....
