Whew! You all have been busy up in here. Claws out and fully extended. Turning heat on and taking prisoners, none. I've learned more new words/slurs than when I was 10 hanging out at the playground with the big kids! So. Take a breather and share something good.  |

My editor gave me a publishing date for my debut novel this fall and I am VERY excited now! She couldn't give me an exact on sale date but it's still VERY EXCITING! I'm SMILING !!!! |

LOLOLOL, thanks A_womon but it's not a book, I'm not a writer!
I don't want to say what it is until I'm a little more confident that I'll really get it done (it's only been a week), and that I actually have what it takes. But it's something that's very important to me. Thanks for the advice and good wishes.

And not a minute too soon because the library called today and said it was a week overdue.

(Hahahahah! She lives in a town so small they call your house when a book is overdue. I guess when your entire collection can fit in a shoebox you do notice when somebody didn't bring it back!

For once your right, chrishayden. Guess your failing memory can't recall that I do live in a small town and library patrons are called if a book is overdue. But the way you describe my local library is far removed from reality just like all of your sorry attempts at humor. |
