So guys, I thought it would be fun if we rant off our pet peeves(hence the title).
Here, I'll start:
1.) People who take 3 minutes to cross the intersetion even when the light turns green
2.) Loud a%% people who feel the need to yell when the person is standing right next to them

People who drive along aimlessly with their blinker (turn signal) on for miles and miles
Dumb people
Restaurant employees who wear their rubber gloves into the restroom and come back to handle the food
Restaurant employees who wash their hands then use their clean hands to turn off the faucet, open the restroom door, and come back to handle the food
All the rest of the nasty and unsanitary things that restaurant employees do to my food
Grocery checkers who disrespect my food - by throwing it around or otherwise mishandling it
Grocery and store clerks who talk to other sales clerks about their diet, their car broke down, their man is a dog and all the other shit that I don't give a fukc about and don't want to hear
Neighbors who blast their stereo in the middle of the night when others are trying to sleep
Every conceivable thing that people do that is rude and inconsiderate
People who use words that they don't know the meaning of (same as dumb people above)
People who comment on my boardie posts without contributing their own opinions. Just picking apart what I said like they don't have any thoughts of their own (same as dumb people above)
Men who lick their lips at you or stick out their tongue in an obscene manner (strange men that you don't know - not your friends and lovers)
Fat people
People who don't take care of their personal grooming - dirty fingernails, stank breath, don't wash their hair and you can smell it, etc.
Those are the main peeves. BTW, I'm OCD so things that wouldn't bother a normal person bug the ish out of me. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to rant

Ahh, finally a subject that interests me. An opportunity to be cynical. Some of my pet peeves:
1. Animal rights activists
2. Women who breast-feed in public
3. Picky eaters
4. "Patriots" who think the troops in Iraq are fighting for our "freedom".
5. Self-righteous religious prudes
6. People who think smoking should be banned from outdoors.
7. People who embrace victimization and blame others for their personal lack of responsibility.
8. kola boof's multiple IDs.
9. Over-indulgent, materialistic parents
10. People with no sense of humor who take themselves too seriously.
11. Last but not least, inflexible people incapable of thinking outside the box. |

....Here's my perspective:
When you've got people watching your every move--how you move, what you think, the things you eat, shit and drink--you're doing something right...thus you've got no room for pet peeves. Tho at the same time it's quite creepy. You never want to be on the mind of someone so obviously thoroughly insane.

I am SO happy to have this thread to V E N T. I am SICK..SICK SICK and tired.....did I say sick...of white folks....who break the law and look at you like you are the one breaking the law. Im talking about white folks who speed. They speed in the wrong mofo'ing places. One example (and I have MANY) I HAVE to drive through a 45 mph zone due to construction (as its the best way for me to get home), and I have been almost hit at least 5 times because I am going the speed limit..because its a freaking speed trap with police posted ALL the time and I dont want to risk a ticket as the ticket is over 100 bucks I wont ever have. WHY these mofo'ing white folks..as they are the ONLY ones who have almost hit me..and this area Im driving to has only a handful of blacks who live there (and I just moved there..thats a story for another thread ::grin: AND they are the only faces I see..wont slow the f*&^ down.

Also, you can also "rant" & get something off your chest. I find it hard to believe that someone can have NO pet peeves, well, maybe except holier-than-thou people. Hell, I know I'm not perfect. |

Ugh, in the UK we don't have one 'mixer' tap like they do on the continent. We have one hot tap and one cold tap above our sinks or baths. So whenever I go out clubbing or I am just using the bathroom you have to turn BOTH taps on and you look like a f'cking retard when moving your hands back and forth when one tap gets too hot or too cold.
People who try to guess where I am from. It's annoying, please stop. You just don't know so leave it at that, don't make comments when you know of not what you speak! AAARRRGGGHHH! I find it ignorant also.
Ignorance also annoys me. People who try to be 'random' or 'controversial'. Or think they are so different and weird and such an outcast when they are the most generic f'ckin loser you will ever meet with ZERO personality.

1) Complete strangers in public places who try to reach out and touch my precious (and clean) baby - YUCK!

10) Asian or Indian people in my neighborhood who always want to ask personal financial questions
11) People at the grocery store who only have a few less items than me but ask to go in front of me
12) People who don't wash their hands after they use the bathroom
13) Eating food that people other than close family members or friends have prepared

Believe or not Moonie, they all look like you. They got big asses--if you call wide "big"--tho they got big bodies too. But, yeah, they use to give me hell.
