You know all my life I have heard that this is the best place in the world to live I wouldn't trade it for anyplace, blah blah blah.
James Brown kept saying that and went to jail three times.
I guess if you're a crook it probably is best to be in jail here
But I digress.
I was watching this tv program about this Saudi Prince. They were driving up the road to his house. On each side there were all these multi story parking garages full of HIS luxury cars.
His house of course was fabulous.
I got to thinking, would I rather be Chris Hayden here on the Northside of St. Louis or him?
Him of course.
Would you give up your US citizenship and move to another country for one million in cash tax free? (Assuming you could fly back and forth when you wanted to)
I know I would.

Yeah I would. But I'd make them pay me a Billion. Nobody respects 1 million in the U.S. anymore, and they're gonna pay me what they owe me. What was it, 40 acres & a mule? That's about a Billion in today's dollars, imo.

I've been trying to get my husband to move to Ghana or Japan anyways. The only other places I may consider would be Canada and England. He has family there and they say they like it (other than some racism in England).

Doberman I believe 1,000 large would be million. "Anywho", as this girl I know always says, 1 Million is not a heck of a lot of money.
But if I got 1 million tax free and I could come back any time I wanted, I would step.

I think I could live as comfortably in Toronto, Canada as I could ANY place in the United States. I feel similarly about Vancover, Canada.
And I wouldn't even need an extra million bucks to do such. |
