Amid rumors of an industry backlash against one of Hip Hop's icons, Jay Z, for paying video vixen Shenelle Scott to hide his seed, a Def Jam insider has revealed that Jay Z plans to make a public statement "any day now."
And in related news, according to Ballerstatus.com, Hip Hop Weekly will unveil in an upcoming issue that the soon-to-be former Def Jam President is indeed the father of Scott's son, Isa Jael.
According to Ballerstatus.com, HHW has obtained proof that Jay Z secretly agreed to pay the mother of his only child the paltry sum of $4,000 a month in child support. Expect that dollar figure to rise very soon as Shenelle reportedly plans to challenge that agreement in court.
The fact that Shenelle gave birth to Isa in L.A. rather than her native Trinidad will boost her case tremendously. Jay Z can certainly pay 3 or 4 times that amount and a judge will see to it that he does.
This comes as no surprise to my readers who read about Shenelle and Jay's son here first. This website came under heavy scrutiny and attack for going up against the self-proclaimed "King of NY" but the truth eventually prevailed
