the point was that there is no excuse why black folk shouldn't read because there is something for everyone in B&N [libraries and bookstores in general].

its is a bit funny, as well as misoygnist...or should I say male chauvanist?

hmmmm...chauvanist may not be the right word, but I dont recall him mentioning any of the female black revolutionaries or icons, and he called the white woman a , and finally, he, right, criticized the section on ghetto literature, which is read primarily by black women, but he embraced hip hop, which is also problematic, but primarily listened to by black men [of course sisters listen to but not like bruthas do].
