That might be hip--but how do you guarentee such mistakes are not made by the editor/printer? |

The main reason self-publishers don't use editors is sticker shock. Some editors charge an arm and a leg, and a lot of self-publishers just can't afford it so they take their chances and hope the peeps will be forgiving. Since most of the media ain't tryin' to read the work anyway, they do their thing without editors-mistakes and all. |

PROOF POSITIVE is very reasonable. I proofed my friends book and didn't catch all the mistakes. She now use the service.
Books are permanent. It worth hiring someone to get it right the first time. Readers and critics are so unforgiving. |

I just chekced out the rates. Proof postive's rates are cheap. It they do what they say they can do, for the rates listed, it is worth the expense.
Reader831 if you are a principal or the business and a satified customer? Drop me a line, I would like to see some references. You could benefit from advertising on AALBC.com editorial services are one of the most frequently reqyested services after author's looking for a publisher.
