Well, now that it's nearly a year since Thomas and I have been separated....
I find very intensely that I want to have a husband.
I'm just not happy this way....especially after 8 years of having someone to cook for, conversate with and sleep with.
I'm older now and I want security and a routine.
There's just a few problems.
I LOATHE dating and going out. ICK.
I want to marry a Black man (only because my sons are black), but I don't want him to be American.
Then again, I don't want him to be overtly SEXIST like foreign black men are (after they've got you).
I wish he could be a college Professor or a Scientist who doesn't mind a Pagan wife.
THEN AGAIN:
Sometimes I just wanna fuck a bunch of guys---like go on a fucking spree. But then I realize I don't have the engergy, although I'd like to do it.

Kola,
Sounds like you should marry a fairly well educated and conservative pornographer.
Because then you'd have all the creature comforts of being a traditional housewife, enjoy lot's of stimulating conversation yet have the ability to bone some fo the men under your husband's employ. |

I somewhat confused. Because in what you listed above, I presumed you might NOT be married to Thomas
And I'd never assert you should cheat on anybody. But, you gottah admit, my scenario helps resolve your "dilemna".

Sounds as if you should be looking for a guy that is a few years older than you that is established in his profession,a kind and considerate man from somewhere other than the United States that,if it came down to it,you would be able to straight up kick his ass. That would eliminate the sexist thing entirely. |

Well, no---actually, Rustang, foreign men are FAR MORE LIKELY to engage in domestic violence that American men. They expect dinner on the table, to not be asked questions and to have the right to back-slap the wife. That's WHY I said that I wanted a very educated, professional guy, because then he's less likely to regress when he's angry.
And I would never kick my man's ass.
You guys have me all wrong. I'm not like. I'm very accomodating and very easy to get along with.
Even to this day---Thomas tells everybody that although he could not control me (my career)---I was a lot of fun to live with and catered to him like no other woman since or before. He ALWAYS praises me and people tell me.
And speaking of which---he was just here this morning to pick up the boys. I had a full breakfast laid out for him with fresh raspberries and cream and his coffee made as only I can make it.
He even said to me, "You're not going to win."
Whatever that means.

Kola,I did not mean to imply that you were anything other than a sweet woman.My wife is also just as sweet as sweet can be,but if I ever looked like I might be considering the possibility of having the most fleeting thought about a list of options that could contain the slimmest of chances of my smacking her she would beat me to death with a table leg and tell god that I had fallen down the steps.She's a wonderful woman and I love her more now than I did the day we got married,but that "You'll do like I tell you to,woman!"thing just ain't happening.Not then,not now,not ever. |
