Well....
...although I can't stand him...I've always had SERIOUS doubts that he molested the kids in this case....OK, straight out, I just don't believe that Michael Jackson is a child molestor......and it seems to me, at this point, that he's going to WALK.

SANTA MARIA, Calif., May 17 - A longtime social worker testified on Tuesday that she investigated accusations that Michael Jackson's accuser had been sexually abused but found no basis for believing that was the case.
Irene Peters, a social worker with 30 years of experience in the Los Angeles County Department of Child and Family Services, told the jury that she investigated after a complaint had been lodged with her office after a documentary was broadcast in February 2003.
In that documentary, Mr. Jackson told the interviewer, Martin Bashir, that he slept with young boys.
The accuser appeared in the documentary with his head resting lovingly on Mr. Jackson's shoulder.
He only later accused Mr. Jackson of molesting him.
Testifying for the defense, Ms. Peters said she and two colleagues interviewed the accuser, his two siblings and his mother in the Los Angeles apartment of the mother's boyfriend and were told that the children had not been mistreated or sexually abused.
"I asked point blank, 'Did you sleep in bed with Mr. Jackson?' " Ms. Peters said she asked the accuser, who was 13.
He responded that he did not, she said.
She then asked whether Mr. Jackson had touched him sexually.
"He became upset," Ms. Peters testified. "Said: 'Everyone thinks Michael Jackson abused me. He never touched me.' He was very upset about it."
She said that the teenager's demeanor was "playful, articulate" and that "he appeared to enjoy the attention."
She added that he was not withdrawn or mistrustful, behavior that is common with sexual abuse victims.
The prosecution has accused Mr. Jackson of molesting the boy after the date of Ms. Peters's interview, and before May 12, 2003, when the family was escorted off the Neverland Ranch, five miles from Los Olivos.
The testimony on Tuesday underscored how difficult it may be to prove that Mr. Jackson chose to molest the boy at the very moment when the news media, the police and social workers were scrutinizing him for such crimes.
Ms. Peters and her supervisor, Karen Walker, testified that the accuser's mother never complained that she was being held against her will at the ranch, as the prosecution contends, despite many opportunities to do so.
Instead, the two social workers said, the mother repeatedly expressed her displeasure that Mr. Bashir's documentary showed her son's face without her permission and asked for help in persuading Mr. Jackson to send her children to private school, because of the unwanted news media attention.
"Her main complaint was she felt the kids were being taped without her consent, and what could she do about it," Ms. Peters said.
She and Ms. Walker met the mother and spoke to her repeatedly on the telephone in February and March, when the family says it was held captive.
On April 1, 2003, the social workers coincidentally crossed paths with the mother and her children at a restaurant in Los Angeles, and no mention was made of being abused or held captive, they said.
"I asked how the children were doing, and she said they were doing O.K., except they had missed a lot of school," Ms. Peters testified.
On cross-examination, District Attorney Thomas W. Sneddon Jr. tried to show that the social workers should have been more skeptical.
Under questioning by the prosecutor, Ms. Peters agreed that teenage boys are often slow to admit being molested when asked about it in front of their mothers.
"I would have called," Ms. Peters said, referring to the police, "if there was any doubt in my mind that abuse was going on. We'd have been in children's court."

Being found not guilty is different from being innocent--
If he is found not guilty--which I doubt, I believe the jury is going to feel the pressure to convict him of something--they will get him next time.
He can't stop. He won't stop.
He will end up like Oscar Wilde and Fatty Arbuckle. |

And you're right, Crystal. The black women out here are not as phoney, fake as the other races of women---who mostly ARE fake.
But I think it's the attention factor.
I see most black women/girls out here in a state of "quiet" reflection, the "young" ones are ALONE and have become introverted and distant.....the other women suck up all the attention and are really not nice women, either, and their competition with each other is so fierce that they'll BUY anything to win the game.
What shocks me though---are these new "fake" asses I'm seeing on White, Latina, Asian "MEN" AND women.
How do they sit on silicone hard asses? That shit hardens up like a helmet, but you see these misshapened booties...all mal-formed and outrageously FAKE.
But I notice black men don't care. They KNOW these white women asses are fake and they just PRETEND that it's God-given. Anything a white woman does is OK, but let a black woman get a weave---she's trash, deserving of disrespect and mistreatment.
One thing I do hate out here, Crystal----are the black men. I hate these motherfuckers.
The only black men I socialize with are from BACK EAST (D.C., Detroit, Chicago, Memphis, Houston, Atlanta, New York, Philly).....or they're from Africa and the Carribean or BELIZE.
Now, of course, the MEXICAN men out here LOOOOOOOVE black women and they're the only men who chase black girls from what I see----so I have allowed a few of them become on "speaking terms" with me, although I won't date them. But they do make you feel good with the kind of things they say.
Imagine in 2005, you hear this sexy deep voice say, "Hello, chocolate. You look'n fine"-----and you look up and it's a MEXICAN!!! Always a Mexican.

I just smile and say something in Arabic.

My teacher was a YOUNG black male college student at HOWARD UNIVERSITY who tutored students in English at a S.E. school.
He became a friend of the family and was well trusted by my dad and brothers.
He was a member of the BOULE (a blue vein high yellow GEORGETOWN boy, for the record---those rich, clannish blacks where all the mothers can pass for WHITE)
I don't know how it happened, it just progressed over the years until....I was 17.....and

A child CANNOT be at fault for sex with an adult.
He was grown. You were not.
It was ALL his fault. NONE of it was yours.
And, unfortunately for thinking/saying otherwise, you’re mimicking/perpetuating some of that dangerous blame-the-victim tripe that scare victims/families/prosecutors from thwarting rape.
And, yeah, men star at women. It’s natural.
But my daughter, though, beautiful, is CLEARLY a minor. Thus, what dude was doing was inappropriate. And add to that she was with her protective father, makes that $#*+ for him...HAZARDOUS!
Now. Once my daughter is grown and can rationally make decisions for herself, I don’t imagine I’ll have much at all to say about how and with whom she does the ‘do’.
And the way I hear her talk about how cute Brad Pitt (Dayam! That mofo is the MAN!) is, it is at least possible some (though, hopefully not very MANY) of whom she 'do' may indeed be White. |

ABM,
Being a "realist"---I wouldn't be surprised if Malcolm experimented in ALL KINDS OF WAYS.
It doesn't bother me.
You have to remember....if I could "choose" my sexuality, then I would be a Lesbian.
But it doesn't work like that. I'm addicted to men's dicks and to men's bodies. I can't stand the touch of another woman--no matter how masculine she is, she still can't give me what I need. ON TOP OF THAT---infibulation makes it impossible for me to be impressed by "pussyeaters"---so I'm dependent on dick. I can't be a Lesbian no matter how much easier I feel it would be.
So, I'm not bothered by men having "experiences" (hopefully in their youth) that go in the experimentation column.
I have studied this and found out that 80% of Males experience some form of Homo-erotic exposure with other males at least ONE TIME in their lives.....such as little boys standing in a circle and comparing who's got the biggest one....or young boys grinding each other in sleeping bags.....or boys watching each other jerk off.
This doesn't necessarily mean that a person is GAY.
What matters is that he's EVERYTHING I want in a man and he's my MENTOR and hero.

I was mostly messing with you over X.
Hell. Considering his childhood, dude ended up involved in so much crazy stuff when he was young, the gay thing was probably bland by comparison.
I think it’s actually to the benefit of your work that you aren’t lesbian. Because a lot of sistahs and MOST brothahs would hardly give you the time of day if you were on the L-word.
But if it helps, if it were within my power, I’d “choose” for you to be lesbian too. 
Btw: You can include me in that 20% minority of male experiences. The only “grinding” or “comparing” I did as a kid was with girls. |

The problem is...I'm not gay.
So I am a staunch believer when gay people say that they didn't CHOOSE to be. I know exactly what they mean, because I definitely did not CHOOSE to be an emotional doormat for men.
I have no control over it.

ABM: Funny. We're a lot alike. I'd like to be a Vulcan from an "intellectual standpoint-----to remove a lot of the troublesome emotion from my thought processes. Problem is...I'm an Earthling.
I'm going to leave the "To be [gay] or not to be [gay](..."That is the question...") stuff be. I think SOME foks do CHOOSE it. Maybe not all...but SOME.
