This is a disgrace and all my prayers are with Kobe and his wife. Something is askew.

I don't like the boy (because to my eyes--his $30 million investment in Italy after they spit on his father in airports! and referred to Kobe as "baby nigger" proves that he's against our people/ not to mention his choice in women further proves his Othello-syndrome--Othello being the most hated ruler by North African blacks with Cleopatra in 2nd place--these idiots allowed us to be conquered)...but I also recognize that Kobe's only crime is "stupidity"--and I don't want to see him imprisoned merely for that.

I believe he's a whore, yes, I always detected that. But I don't believe he's a rapist...although, in this case, he might have been over confident and arrogant and might not have correctly gaged the young woman's mixture of being "starstruck" and "overwhelmed" by what was happening.

I myself have been in situations where I was so "starstruck" over WHO the man was that was grabbing my ass...that it took a few moments for me to regain my own thinking and say, "Sir--please stop that. I don't want to." It's like being a deer caught in bright headlights. Things can move so fast, that you aren't even sure that you have the right to tell STAR MAN to stop it. Especially when I was in my early twenties. I cannot lie to you...if a man like Denzel Washington were to come by to pick up a plate of food and were to rape me in the kitchen...I would have been too shocked at 19 to put up a fight and possibly could have been speechless. So make no mistake--I am not against the Colorado girl.

But I don't think that Kobe Bryant is a rapist. I just don't believe it. This is a misunderstanding.

FURTHERMORE:

We need to get our wits about us and give birth to some new children.

After the civil rights movement ended in the early 1970's--we (I'm speaking as an American) lost two generations of black children. Their minds are filled with NOTHING.

The Aids epidemic, the Crack epidemic, gang war, Hoochie Glamor, Baby Mama Welfare "isolation" and...

...the "religion" of Hip Hop Misogyny have effectively created a mass hysterical "ME and not my Mama" generation--without any visionaries, any new thinkers (all the wisdom I hear from black folks nowadays is stolen from Old 1960's speeches--DATED). The children run the parents.

UNDERSTAND:

1/3 of Black teenagers in the 70's and 80's DIED or were imprisoned. That means we have nearly 3 million of our children who were "eliminated" from the future.

We need, as black mothers, to give birth to a new son.

I cannot express how disappointed, heartbroken and completely disgusted I am at the lack of character and strength exhibited by young males today. In Africa--the picture is even worse, because those ones cannot even read and write and there are no laws to prevent them from taking their frustrations out on women and children in those countries.

Racism and colorism are at an all time high...because their "forms" have changed. They are not blatant as much as they are now institutionalized...and worse than that...the fact that most BLACKS secretly believe in the "inate inferiority of black skin"...is our worst whipping stick.

As with Africa as well...our "daughters" in America are usually not fully developed as human beings...because we focus almost entirely on the black son--the male. We expect the daughter to be sensible, take direction and "edure" loneliness, mistreatment and be "understanding" towards a misogynist black culture...one that I would argue is more sexist than any other culture on earth. Both in Africa and in America. I know from my husband--sexism is also flagrant in Belize (the Black Half of the population seems to believe that wife-beating is normal and that the rape of children is not to be spoken about).

We aren't looking too good.

Even our successful, so-called intelligent achievers have only one desire..."to be white".

The whole world knows this and is laughing at us (and rightfully so). In so many ways, we are proving the White man right.

Mainly because we have forgotten that he is not our brother...but is our slave master, our colonizer (same thing)...he and his white mother/wife have ALWAYS sold us (in pieces), divided us from our own selves and used our children for their entertainment...only to destroy them once they're done laughing.

Of course, any style or flair we have--the whites will Steal it. Just as they stole the bible from our ancient African fathers. Just as they stole everything we've ever had. They do it...because we allow it and WE...

WE TEACH our children to trust them, to obsess over them, to respect them out of fear. This is WHY we are niggers.

I don't care how much money you have, how much education, what you drive or what you own....CAUCASOIDS still own black people in America, they still own Africa.

We have not yet orientated our children that it is better to DIE.

I would rather see my sons die with their dignity than see them fail to give birth to their own image...than to see them impregnated by the white master's greatness...."speaking like him"....looking and acting more like him than like their black father or like their Arab grandfather (who dreamt of BLACK sons).

I would rather my sons invest $30 million in black communities of Washington, D.C. or anyplace where it would create jobs and opportunities for other black people. South Africa and Senegal are also good places to invest in upwardly moving blacks. And needless to say...I would prefer my sons take wives (even lightskinned wives) who can give birth to black children...so that our MONEY will always be in the hands of black people...and so that we have a black family with some economic power.

Notice how the Black wealth in this country is lorded over by White women and their families. Black males (as a group) are 5 times wealthier than black females...but they tend to die and leave all their ownings in the hands of White people....OR "mixed children" who then turn the wealth over to the white in-laws, as those kids don't want to be associated with "daddy's people"--unless it's for a photo OP.

It's just as it's always been. Niggers get what they deserve. Can't blame the white man for that.

HE IS BRILLIANT.

I've been discussing this topic on another board and I agree with you. The only thing is, I believe the girl was up there to have some type of sexual relations with Kobe. Maybe they were engaged in heavy foreplay and she was loving it. But when he "went all the way" (according to her words) she probably changed her mind. Sounds crazy but that's what happens. It's the syndrome of I'll play with you but then I want to stop you before you go all the way...for drama purpose. Because then I want you to tell me how you respect me, want me, value me...you know, romanticize the situation. Make me feel like I'm not a easy.

The sad thing is, Kobe will be dragged through the mud for dipping into the vanilla cookie jar. No doubt about that. They've already started making commentary about that on CNN. But I think the real scandal part of this case is that she's 19!!! You might as well still call her a child in their eyes. And even though Kobe is only 24, keep in mind that the way he's carried himself thus far in his profession and his experiences outside of that, we like to assume he is much older; if not in maturity. So it is a shock to see him get into something so embarrasing (not the thought of sexual assult). The thoughts are would she be mature enough to handle an affair or one night stand with such a high profile man? Why risk it?

Now there's reports she was mentally unstable; trying to commit suicide a few months prior to this which may take this into a whole different direction. This will be very interesting.

You know I'm begining to think he was set up--though it was because he had a prior disposition to letting strange women he didn't know into his room at night and having sex with them at first meeting--a lot of men's ultimate fantasy and always but always a mistake.

Here we are in the 21st Century and prominent Negroes are still getting set up over white women.
I've been noticing a few more Shaq commercials on tv lately, too.

I don't think he raped her, but she/Kobe/God only know....men can be in denial about these things! And of course, she could jus be seeking money. So, i'm like, lets wait and see what the court brings forth as evidence.

He married young and his wife is younger than he; allegedly he was coerced to marry his wife since she was so young when they were dating; i believe they married when she was only 18 or 19, so mr. bryant could have propensites for younger, paler women/girls. Who knows?

What we do know is that he was foolish! The white woman is secondary, personally. The issues are did he raped her? He committed adultery! Though, if she was black, i'm sure the character of the case within the media would be quite different.

"Italy" didn't spit on his father. "Italy" didn't call Kobe baby nigger. An Italian person did.

So what you're saying is that I shouldn't spend my money in the U.S. either, for that matter, since plenty of black people have been called nigger here, right?

Since Kola's "banishment" from the board prevents her from responding to this post, I will take the liberty of saying that whatever rationale Kobe's supporters come up with, Kola is right when she says he is guilty of being stupid, and this stupidity stems from the arrogance that has manifested itself in every area of Bryant's life. Moreover, for Kobe to compare his plight with that of a jailed Martin Luther King is, in the words of another infamous athlete, "ludicrous." It's a wonder the fool ain't running for governor, too. And think of all the charities he could've helped with that 4 million dollars he spent on the ring for his wife. What a waste.
