It was about a woman who's daughter was her sister. How do you say? Because her Grandfather is her father!!! how sick is that. I was sooooo sad. She said she was tired of being silent (silence can be so deadly....especially to the soul) and it bothered her that so many people kept saying 'you daughter looks like she could be your sister'. Can you imagine your mother being your sister and your father being your grandfather? So what are your views and opinions on this sitution?
Please keep in mind this is a REAL situation and the mother was a 13 year old rape victim. it just so happens that the perp was her own dad. and get this...HER MOTHER KNEW HE WAS RAPING HER AND HER SISTER!!! when she was in labor her parents dropped her off and kept it moving....JUST LEFT HER ALONE!!! and her sister was 'ripped' up down there and of course still is to this day. i just couldn't imagine.

And just to keep touching on this subject. I found the sex offenders search for the state of NJ and VA (my 2 home states) and you would be absolutely amazed at how many sex offenders are just chillin' in our communities. And mostly all of them victimized children. How f'kn scary is that!!! |

I watched the show. How sad is right! I was proud of the all the women who had the courage to tell their stories though. I thought Oprah made a very good point. She said how sex crimes against young boys seem to be taken more seriously than young girls, as it involves sodomy, a practice that is considered "unatural", hence, more of a violation to the victim. Young girls don't receive the same protection under the law because they will eventually have "natural" sex and their pain/trauma is overlooked because of it. The daughter/sister of the woman who was raped by her father looked so very sad! I thought T.D. Jakes spoke with grace and compassion!
Did you happen to ever see the program that aired awhile back about a young woman traveling the country meeting other women who shared the same name? I forgot what station it was on, but it was incredible--and incredibly sad! Almost all the women she met who shared her name had been abused in some kind of way (by men). This woman has a web-site that I think you'd find interesting. I'll try to find it for you!

The 2 black incest victims who appeared on Oprah's show live in my home town. I do not know them personally, but my daughter-in-law is friends with the younger one. It's soo sad. (I just wish that Oprah would sometimes just shut up and listen. She always has to call attention to her experiences and poor Rev Jakes couldn't get a word in edge-wise because Oprah had to keep interrupting to interpret everything others were trying to express. ) |

I saw it too. I had a lot of mixed emotions and ideas.
I have a lot to say and so I will break this post up into separate posts.
I agreed with Cynique. Oprah talked a little too much. But then, I guess that, that can be the way of a woman who is Oprah, but who too is a victim. I think that she is still trying to heal and learn to deal as well.
Then, the Bishop made a comment where he referred to some of the mothers (if not all) that did not take action when they knew this was happening to their daughters as victims. Oprah made this face and she looked disgusted and she said, a mother who hits her daughter in the head with a brush when she tells her of what happens is a victim?!
This bothered me in that in reality, Oprah does not know a lot of things a lot of the time and she is reckless as far as not recongnizing how heavy her ideas, statements and beliefs weigh on her viewers and audience members. I think that sometimes, when she does not know or understand, she should just refrain from saying anything at all. Or maybe i'm just upset, because I do believe that neglectful mothers of molested girls many times are victims of the molester in some form as well or, they have been the victim of a molestation that was never revealed, understood or confronted.
Oprah brushed the mother as victim idea off as not being a possiblility and that is a dangerous signal to send out to folks. Look at the Steinbergs. (That is their name right?) It was a different kind of abuse, but abuse that resulted in death of Lisa Steinberg. The mother, Hedda Nussbaum was there all the while and did nothing. She too was a victim. In this case, she was being physically abused, mentally abused, emotionally abused and who know's what other kind of abuse she endured.
Oprah was speaking from her hurt i'm sure and that is dangerous when you got folks who are also hurting hanging on your every word.

Part 2-
Then, it bothered me that TD Jakes was the chosen expert on healing and growth. I guess it bothered me because he is a man and somehow I think that i've always looked at this as being a women's issue. So, I thought, why is he here telling us how to heal?
But then, I recognized, that it is not a women's issue. It is a man and woman issue and the only time it was a so called "women's issue" is when this patriarchal society made it that way.
It is an issue that will not weather the walls of confinement and so it must be released and is being released little by little into ownership of not just women, but men and the molester as well.
Then, there was the molester on the show. I did not like him there. It just left me with a nasty feeling in my stomach--him there amongst those molested --pissed me off in a big way. I just don't think that he belonged there amongst those women. WHAT WAS OPRAH THINKING??!?! I think that it is dangerous for her to take on such issues and then be so reckless in the carrying out of them.
And then, in his defense, if he was indeed "rehabilitat-ing or -ed, then he should not have been there amongst those women who would of course not be sympthetic or accepting to him on any level. At one point, one of the women stated that she didn't believe or trust him (my sentiments exactly) but- I think that anyone trying to heal or move on or "rehabilitate" or forgive or whatever the word of choice, needs to be supported! And, I couldn't help but wonder if by Oprah having that molester on the show and the woman stating that she didn't believe he was being truthful and the audience applauding--(which I am not condemning)set him back.
And, if it did, how far? And, how dangerous is that? What does it mean for other little girls in his family? He should not have been there. Him being there wasn't good for the victims or him.
Oprah, Oprah, Oprah. That should have been a different show.

A-womon...Bleek is educated cause she went to college for 637 1/2 years. She is a master learner as well as a great teacher. that why she's my freind...she so smart...lol.
I have to admit that I didn't watch the rest of the show. I was just so blown away with 'my mother is my sister and my father is my grandfather' that I turned. I tried to turn back but it was at commericial every time. I took that as a sign that I didn't need to see the rest, the first part traumatized me. I didn't see the molestor so I can't speak on him. I just pray and hope he is being truthful. I beleive in rehabilatation and I beleive in forgiveness and 2nd, sometimes 3rd chances {depending}. One good thing in his defense is that most molestors never, NEVER EVER EVER admit their guilt. They will be in jail, under the jail, re-build the jail and still swear they are not guilty or they blame the victim...she wore this, she wore that, she did or said this. Being that he was able to get up there an admit his guilt (unlike so many other, hint hint...robert kelly) and see the error of his ways and ask for help and forgiveness shows that he MAY be on the right path. Hopefully the negativity (which should have been expected, Oprah really should have broke that up in 2 shows, victims on one and then molestors on the other). And yes the daughter looked very sad and she was pretty considering all those same genes mixed up in her blood. You could tell there was something wrong but far from what you'd expect to see. I'm just happy for them that were able to break their silence and I pray they are able to heal and stay strong.

Also speaking on molestors accusing their victims, one afternoon I was listening the radio {Micheal Basin {?-sp}} and he was talking about teachers that sleep with their student and this one teacher called up there and said "as long as these little girls wear what they wear and act like they act I'm goint to continue 'f'king' them and I don't feel bad about it"...and that was from a teacher, can you imagine? What a looser!!! |

I agree with you about Oprah, Bleek. She does need to choose her words carefully because of their great impact. And, you know, you do come across well. It's strange how I immediately take to some posters and others just make my eyes glaze over. I think it's because your civility and your rationality shine through. Having a good sense of humor and the ability to laugh at yourself doesn't hurt you, either. Guess this is because you're mature. ahem. LOL. |

Dats right. Ol Cynique fantasizes about about Viggo >sigh<. But I dont'get my drawers in a bunch every time Moonsigns posts a thought. Moonie pulls your chain like a dog trainer, and you're stupid enough to waste your time trying to get her to pleeeease see things your way because you crave the validation of her concession. And it remains to be seen if you'll ever be anything but a dud, especially since you're silly enough to think it's the mediocre ones who are making it. Not! I don't think A_WOmon wants to be white.
She reminds me, in fact, of CLAUDIA--the little girl in Toni Morrison's novel "The Bluest Eye" who was appalled that her mother would give her a WHITE DOLL every year for christmas.....and would carefully dismember and rip those dolls apart, always looking inside the eye sockets and arm sockets...scientifically....to find that SPECIAL THING that made WHITE DOLLS so loved, prized and protected....even in communities where NO ONE was white.
That's exactly what I get from A_Womon. A deep loathing for INJUSTICE....
...and because MOON is so vapid, arrogant and determined to graze amongst us....A_Womon can't harness the resentment she feels and is compelled to make it visible...PALATABLE...at every opportunity.
To my eyes...this is a far healthier reaction than the women of Cynique's generation, who were still so "nurturing" and infatuated with IMITATING and Creating a "Sepia" version of white woman's living (See Morrison's novel "LOVE") that they ended up failing the black daughters of this generation.
Despite the immaturity and knit-picking by A_WOMON...I truly believe that her anger, desire for justice and her REFUSAL to accept our mother's stations...is our only real hope of CHANGE.
She has the RIGHT attitude and I encourage YOUNG black women to not only embrace their rage--but to create an ALTERNATIVE reality out of it. And it's not that she wants to be white....it's that she's tired of being the one who POLISHES the white shoe.
I feel as she does. Fuck the white shoe.

Ladies,
I think this obession with Moonsigns race pays here a compliment that she, frankly, does not deserve. To me, the easiest way to 'defeat' someone like her is to ignore her and do your own thang to the max.
Because I have for decades witnessed Black people scream, curse and yell at White foks. And most of it has been to no avail. Because that seldom changes the structures upon White Supremacy prevail, which, BTW, is calculating and "cold and indifferent" as previously described.
Frankly, I think we Blacks need fewer loud activists and social scientists and more silent mathematicians and physicists. |

I have to admitt....I could never imagine CYNIQUE wanting to be "white".
Just can't see it. I've been reading her for years.
BUT....

I saw a brief 5 or 6 minute story on Sudan on 60 minutes on Wednesday night, OH it broke my heart to see the Arabs trying to murder and succeeding in murdering little innocent 3,4,5 year old children! Because they see them as a threat. I was crying when they showed a little six year old girl who's arm and hand were mangled in a fire that the Arabs set trying to burn her alive!!
Those little ones and all of the Sudanese people who are suffering senselessly will DEFINITELY be in my prayers! Why doesn't Bush think their suffering is unjust and send soldiers over there?
PS. You damn near read me like a book up there when you compared me with the little girl in the book "scientifically" ripping that little white doll apart to try to figure out why SOME people think it is so special... That and the rest of what you said is pretty much how I feel. I don't resent moon for being white, and I DAMN sure aint wishin I was white, I resent the hell out of the fact that she thinks she can come here AND just because she wants to, just be a part of things whether anyone here likes it or not! and because she extends her hand and pretends to be nice, she thinks she is as you have said KOLA ENTITLED to be here, and entitled to be everyone's friend. Where there is strength, there is beauty.
And until Black people can compete for our share of dominion over this planet, everything we do and are, including the beauty of you our women, we be perceived as "ugly". Because it won't be in the best interest of those in power to view you otherwise. And, as you describe, those things Whites do enjoy about us, they'll continue to take. Because, well, they can.
So I say we need more mathematicians and physicists because there in has lied the cradle of the power of White men: science and technology. At some point, Black foks much get ahead of the curve on invention/creation/production.
Perhaps when we have produced the equivalent of a Henry Ford or a Bill Gates, we will begin to challenge for the right to to view ourselves as being beautiful.

I am aware of all those things.
Blacks designed and built the cotton gin. Blacks help make the light bulb. Traffic light. Blood plasma. Open heart surgery. And I recall reading that had George Washington Carver been permitted to bestow the full fruit/benefit of his genius (e.g., peanuts, soy bean based products, etc.) upon Tuskegee College, the school would now have an endowment larger than that of Harvard's.
Even the phrase "The Real McCoy" was coined as a compliment for the inventive genius of a Black man in the 1800's.
And, yes, we were often denied the benefit and credit of our inventions. But we are not so encumbered. Today, a Black scientist/engineer will likely receive the credit/compensation for their inventions.
The problem is there are too few of us in those positions. Less than 1% of all Chemistry and Physics Ph.d's are conferred to Blacks.
And the few of us who are obtain the requisite scientific training either opt for becoming highly paid physicians or are bought-out by corporations, so we rarely witness the fruit of their individual genius. |

Ladies,
@ How was the father-molester (likewise for the mother) presented on Oprah's show?
@ How has he attempted to pay legal/moral restitution for his crimes?
@ How does his victims and their mother currently view him?
@ And does Oprah attempt to explain WHY she included him on the show? (I know Oprah airs an "After The Show" program on her Oxygen channel that provides additional background/filler info about what she has previously broadcasted. Perhaps she provides an explains there.)
I don't pretend to know whether or not his presence was helpful.
But perhaps it was believed that making the molester less a monster and more a weak/feeble human being will inspire other victims/molesters to come forward with their stories and get the help they need.
And I do believe we won't be able to effectively reduce incidents of rape/molestation we encourage the victim to openly face, accuse and make accountable the rapist/molester, not just to/for the victim, but also for the world at large. |

You can't be surprised by Oprah's behavior on the show. We all know that this is Oprah's world and maybe if we all are good she'll allow the rest of us to quietly live within it.
I give her a lot of credit for bringing such an important issue to the fore. Incest is a pervasive evil that has damaging consequences throughout all our lives.
I just don't think that one should view Oprah as being capable of providing the most complete/useful analysis/solutions. She is too emotionally close the issue of sex abuse and she lacks the necessary training/experience.
Rather, one should consider their time with Oprah as a opportunity to perhaps BEGIN to perform more serious/rigorous study. |

I am sorry your emotions are still too raw to tolerate witnessing those who share the tumult of rape/molestation. Perhaps as more women bravely step forward to tell how they have survived and even thrived in spite of what has happened to them, maybe you will grow more comfortable.
It's strange.
But I recall while a high schooler having heard many stories about teachers being sexually involved with my female peers. I even recall hearing it alleged that the teachers had impregnate some of the girls.
And to be honest, I never really thought much of it.
But now the mere thought of some teacher so much as winking at my 15 year old daughter makes me want to lock-n-load my Smith & Wesson. I suppose if we live long enough, time and circumstances can make hypocrites of us all. |

Cynique, I've been thinking the same, and I've come to the conclusion if it wasn't Moonsigns, it would be someone (or something) else. That's what those who keep griping don't realize about themselves -- just griping for the sake of griping. As much as they claim she isn't listening, they aren't listening much either. A few claim to not want her here they need her as they see and define themselves in comparison and opposition to whiteness.

Well If I'm a "fool" cynique at least I am one that stands on what I believe, and I have a cause to fight for. I'm not sitting in a corner with a bottle of cheap wine babbling about how aint nothin much changed in 50+ years and calling myself a second class citizen. If you want to label yourself as a second class (senior) citizen, and relegate your family to a similar position in the same class, please by all means do. Just don't include me and mine in your second rate devaluation of your self worth and your status in this country.

Ol Cynique is suffering from a hang-over. Really had a good time last night, trying to keep up with my daughters; doing the Electric Cha-Cha and downing too many apple martinis. But, in response to a-womoooon who at this point I'm really tired of wasting my time bickering with, is that the difference between me and her is that I can deal with the idea that I have shortcoming; in fact I brag about them and laugh at myself. That's why I tell the world that I flunked out of the U of I because I frittered my time away playing cards and partyin, and that I retired from the good ol U. S. Post Office after sitting on my ass at a desk pushing a pencil for 25 years; that's why I confess that I dye my curly locks and why I can conjure up the ridiculous image in everybody's minds of how I look sitting barefoot at the computer in shorts and bra making typos. I appreciate and experience what you say about the joys/blessings of maturity. But age also can make one tired, enfeebled and frightened.
And it was mostly young people who boldly march, fought and even died in the struggles to effect Civil Rights.
Those were courageous children and young adults who bravely desegregated those schools and restaurants while people yelled and spat upon them. Those were young adults who withstood fearsome K-9 bites and torrential fire hoses. Emmit Til and those 3 guys killed in Mississippi were just kids.
And those are kids who are bravely fighting/dying in Iraq.
So we should be careful not to belittle A_womon simply because she’s young. Because we have had our chance. And, frankly, we’ve largely blown it. So the least we can do is prey/encourage her and the following generations to do what we could not. |

And surely you don't think those young people dying in Iraq are there on their own accord. They have been sent there by older people with misguided "wisdom". Belittle a-womon? Gimme a break. You (and Moonsigns) tried to slyly assume the tactic of mentioning age as validation of your viewpoints when I am of the opinion that age can turn a lot of us into lazy, cautious punks. And I was illustrating how the youth do vital things that us old foks can't or won't.
I agree I have given A_womon and some other young ladies around here a hard time (Not quite as HARD as I might like to, but...uh...I digress.)
But I guess part of me is evolving
And I am get tired of seeing old foks like us cut our yungins out from under the knees before they’ve even had a chance to figure out how to work their mojo.
You know, part of the reason why we complain about the young is that we have largely abandoned them. And now they have become something that we can’t recognize.
We were talking about who did what in the Civil Rights Movement. But contributions of the young during those times PROVE what our kids are capable of doing if we provide the right leadership, support and encouragement.
And I DON’T think that means talking down to someone, just because they were born during the Reagan Administration.
So, if you want to say my heart is bleeding, that is FINE with me. Because my heart does bleed for our kids.
PS: And, oh, JEEZ. I suppose I would be the FIRST person around here to go off on a tangent, huh? |

Because it's 2004....I really don't think of CYNIQUE as being "OLD" either, to be honest, ABM
Women really do reach "middle aged" status now at around 57-63.
My mother, for instance, is about 60 and she still looks good in a bathing suit, goes out far more than I do (with my dad)---has an active sex life, DANCES, smokes "weed" and generally doesn't look old when she puts on her makeup and duds.
I've seen men 30 to 45 hit on my mom now that she's 60....and they're SERIOUS.
It's so different from back when my Nana was alive. She was grandmotherly at just 50.
And by the way, ABM...you're born after 1955!!!...you're PERFECT age for me whatever that age may be!!!!

I dislike some people's thinking, but hate really takes too much energy. I don't have the heart to hate someone, especially nameless, faceless identities floating in cyberspace. That is the great divide between myself and A_womon. I won't tie myself in a knot over things I know I will never change. She is still young and naive and thinks her bytchin' tunes people in. Even sweet Cynique has told her that "you can catch more bees with honey than vinegar"....even you have attempted (with sincerity) to teach her the power of temperance....my goodness, even Carey has.
Like I said, all this trash talking, I would like to see her take that mess to people who are tangiable--not that I advocate violence, but while she says portrays herself as no "cyberpunk", she would definitely be in for some unexpected surprises. However, that is how youth blinds one. The strength and vitality of the body deceives the mind into thinking it is invincible. We all, in one way or another, discover this to be a lie. If not, we make our lives very painful and really, no one else gives a shyt (usually).

What it boils down to is this, I don't have the issues with black women that you obviously have with white women. I don't need to fight anyone because I don't dislike people like that. This contempt is about you and your issues, not me. To suggest that I "fight" you for it is beyond absurd.

The time I beat up the White girl at the club....she had gotten mad at me for dancing 3 songs in a row with her BLACK boyfriend. I had no idea he was her man---and the sad thing is---as she and I were rolling our eyes and having words, the black men around us "egged us" on....playing on our race and mainly juicing the white girl to believe that they had her back if she "entertained them with a fight".
What pissed me off was the fact that those black men--total strangers--really wanted to see her beat me up and that they resented me for reasons I had no way of understanding, especially back then.
I knew that in order to neutralize the men--I would have to do something as dramatic as pulling a gun. So after the white girl slapped me...I ran off to the ladies room, got butt naked....and torpedoed back out to the dance floor.
The reaction was one of sheer terror--and as well, since I definitely KNEW I would go to jail for beating the fuck out of the white chick---I figured that I could get many of the black men arrested....because I intended to say that THEY held me down and undressed me and tried to rape me and that this is why I was fighting for my life.
Luckily for those black assholes, it didn't go down like that.
They stood there and let me whoop the living shit out of that white girl. And I mean....she got the ass-beating of two lifetimes that night, because I beat the SHIT out of her ass.
The black men, however, were terrified of me. ABSOLUTELY terrified. So I ended up not having to physically fight them as well---and that's why I didn't lie on them as I had planned, because they had kept their distance.
Sorry black fuckers.
So you see, Cynique. I really don't go around fighting other women---it takes a lot to make me do it.
I did...however...as a teenager beat the shit out of 2 white girls at a movie theature because they were beating up some black girl in the lobby. And the sight of it!....I didn't even know what was going on, who was right or who was wrong, I just saw two white girls swinging a black girl around (in a virtually all white theature)....and I beat the shit out of those white girls.
We ended up down the street and none of us got arrested. But boy were those white girls bruised and busted when I got done boning those faces.

I find something fundamentally unstable with people when they don't know how to communicate without trying to get violent somehow. Imposing violence on another human being who disagrees with you displays one's inability to control a situation--not only of themselves, but of the individual they disagree with. Futhermore, it's uncivilized and ungracious for a true lady to go deliberately picking fights, as if she is some junk yard dog who circles the area of her fenced in cage eagerly awaiting anyone she can bark at, and bite. Fortunately, in my lifetime, I haven't encountered women who are so brutish.
So you're right, I "ain't the one" who'd approach you looking to fight like a freakin' rabid dog. It's not my style. You think in absolutes regarding many things in life. It is part youth and part stubborness (personality). Like I said though, while it is certain to say that you shouldn't be underestimated, you shouldn't underestimate other people, even some white women who have junk yard dog mentalities like you. While I remain steadfast that I don't advocate violence, I know I'd defend myself in the manner that human nature sees fit, IF the situation required me to do so--but I'm not looking to get my nose bloody, break a nail, or have my hair pulled because of some other chick's insecurities, nor do I care to act like such a bully to prove myself.

I spent MOST of my teens and early twenties having a terrible "complex" over my height.
Dark skin, in America, is not valued on a female. Being TALLER than all the men added with that skin....made people assign "identities" to me that were not my own. For instance, in America, the darker you are--the more of a bitch you are, the worse attitude, you're not as smart.
Black men in American society are not "nourishing" in any way that I observed to black girls. And it's the "FATHER" model in the society who gives the female children their sense of belonging and worth and femininity. When the males don't water the daughters...they don't bloom very well.
So I had a terrible time being so extremely tall in a foreign land where it's not a good place for black children anyway.
I would much rather be 5'10.

Now that is absolutely true. It is because girls don't get enough love and attention from their fathers that they go around seeking it in inappropriate ways, like promiscuous sex. I had a WONDERFUL Black American father, Lawchic.
My problem was the general society of black men who are "unnaturally" resentful towards black female children. OR...indifferent.
Totally different from an African society. Even a loving father needs other males in the "tribe" to back up and confirm his doting.
Going to school, trying to learn English (which I finally did by 14), looking to black males of this "village"...for protection and validation (what a joke!) and then having to deal with my 5 brothers (of whom only the White Looking adopted one was kind to me and my sisters)....made it very hard for me and made me "tougher" than I wanted to be.
The atmosphere in America does not encourage little black girls to be "feminine" or "coy".....because I stand by my assertion that, in general, the men here are PREJUDICED against black women (because they hate anything that reflects their own image) and do not protect or nurture them like back in Africa and they make the women so insecure and contemptuous that the women cannot function as normal wives and mothers in society. They are FORCED to become "too strong", "distrustful" and "bitter".
And no one will listen to me, because any attack on "black men" is seen as a sacreligious mutinous act.
The black-looking Black woman in America, generally grows "unwatered".
(and of course, I am GENERALIZING...because while I've met several wonderful black men in my life, at least a good DOZEN....I still notice that FEW BLACK WOMEN have any nurturing or support over here).
I stand by that.

And I wish I had not said that or played that I would....because I take physical violence VERY serious, and nothing between you and I, personally, is worthy of such action.

I can read everything you say and accept it as your experience....your feelings. I have to say this though, I don't think "deep down inside" that I (myself) am better than any other woman, especially not on the merit of skin color. The thought of even considering myself to be more loved by GOD because of my color is something I have never, EVER thought--or even imagined to think of. I can't do or say anything to make you seem to understand that though. I can understand that your experiences don't allow you to trust whites in general, but while I am part of the white race and you are a part of the black race, we (as individuals) cannot possibly embody every thought idea, or emotion of every single one of our peers. Human unity begins with understanding this fundamental truth. While we each are part of a particular race, we still have our own heart, mind and soul. No one wants that kind of burden to carry, especially people who truly care about other human beings. When we begin to treat people on an individual basis with the respect we want to be treated with--and the benefit of the doubt that we all want to be given, I think we will all find personal peace someway or another. My experiences here are helping me to grow even moreso (in many ways) and approach each and every person I meet with a "clean slate". I have done that before, but now I put more effort into it.
Kathleen has spoke of listening to the "voice"--because I respect her (and trust her) I have given her words great thought. That is why I apologized to you. You have endured many things that none of understand anything about, especially myself. Obviously, I have taken certain things you've said and personalized them because, well, you made them extremely personal. I know myself, as well as my husband and family would be your advocate more than anything. Remember, it was I who first told you that I wish peace and restoration for your people in Sudan. You knew I was sincere....you knew it. That is why I think your outburst's have been more personal. I thought you knew me more than that. However, I do see the bigger picture now and must remain quiet as Kathleen suggested (to learn). I am fiery in many ways, but I have a humble, sincere heart when I feel God has sent me angels to bring me closer to grace.
