It's funny, Chris, if you look at the news, you'd think the whole state of Florida was in chaotic devastation. I have friends and relatives who live around the Orlando area, and when I called and e-mailed them to find out how they were doing, they all said everything was OK. Just a little more rain or a little more wind than usual. The same report from friends in Georgia. Apparently, what we see in the news are the worst case scenarios.

Hiiiii Watastar. Yeah, all the hot air emanating from the Florida election officials might very well condense into a monster storm come November. And don't worry about good manners around here, Sweetie. No one else does. LOL

Yes.

I'm in central FL. Charley did the worst damage. Frances and Jeanne made matters worse. For Charley, I was without power for about six days! Frances, about 4 days, and Jeanne 2 days! I guess the next one I'll only be without power for 1 day! LOL! The odds are looking in my favor. I guess this is mother nature's way of forcing me to take a break from writing. I could use pen and pad but I'm far too lazy for that! Anyway, it's nice and sunny again...until the next time! Thanks for asking.
