Yeah. Rick may have been 'high' a lot. But dude knew/worked the music game like it was nobody's business. I think he made more money from McHammer's using his music ("You Can't Touch This") than he himself made in it original form ("Superfreak").
Too bad he wasn't able to beat his demons early on. |

I know I'm all late and stuff (today's my first day ) but they released a statement this week that Rick James did not die of an overdose....he died from a heart attack due to an enlarged heart {which probaley came from years of drug abuse but that's besides the point}. They say he did have drugs in his system but nowhere near enough to do any damage to him physically....that night. HI ER'BODY!!! |
