Hi Cynique.

Kola Boof is being honored in Chicago on Sept. 25th by a Black Women's Group--"Affinity"--and is hoping you will come out with friends and hang out with her as her special guest.

The event is FREE. Dinner (with wine) starts at 6...Kola speaks at 7 and the event lasts until about 11. There will be TOP SECURITY.

Kola asked that I warn you that this group called Affinity is a "black lesbian group", numbering about 100, but many of the other guests will be people from Kola's personal life and from Sudan. All proceeds from the sale of Kola's books will go to the Sudanese Children's Fund.

Kola will speak/sign books the very next day from 3 to 6 at the famous "BLACK STAR BOOKS" in DETROIT, MICHIGAN.
