Hello All,

I have a question for you: Have you ever watched a porno movie where the people in it decided that now, of all times, they fancied themselves as graduates of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts? There's customes and scenery worthy of any Broadway production. The actors prances to and from on the stage, hitting and missing marks, butchering the words and yet you sense that they are serious. Then, after a few minutes of earnest and BAD acting, you start getting ticked off, because you came to see people doing the nasty instead of nasty acting? Well, that's how I felt reading Mama's Baby Daddy's Maybe by Jamise L. Dames. It took over 100 pages before I got to some real drama happening in this book. Damn, I hate it that reading is such a solitary thing and not like going to a theatre. At least at a theatre I could tell the person I came with to wake me up when they (the actors) get to the good part.

Thumper:

I always wish I had someone sitting next to me when I read some of your hilarious, yet insightful posts. We use the expression LOL habitually. But I was literally laughing very loud and wishing I had someone next to me to laugh with. Now, I will have to wait....
