Hello All,
I know I ain't been posting a lot lately, but I'm still reading. I'm about half way done with a wonderful debut novel, Dive, by a fantastic new author, Lisa Teasley. Oh, this novel is smoother than glass. I wish I could just roll around in it. Teasley, I love her style. If there was a way to transform Nat King Cole's voice and styling into literary prose, it would read like Teasley's writing. So far, she's looking like a keeper. Check her out.

You're a lucky one, Thumper, with the advanced reader's copies. I see it isn't even due out for another month.
Tell me, that name Thumper...does that have anything to do with bunny rabbits, or is that as in thump on someone's head? |

Hello All,
I finished Dive. It's an incredible book! I read the book with the determination NOT falling for all of the hype that surrounds the book. But, I have to admit, Dive lived up to it. It is a real interesting romance between Ray and Ruby. Well, romance may not be the right word for it since romance is thrown around so frequently now a days. The story is romantic in the old sense of the word when it meant wildly passionate about a subject, issue or person. I highly recommend it.
Harrison: Thumper most certainly do have something to do with bunny rabbits. *LOL* The one from Bambi in particular. *big smile* |
