Hi All:

Pages magazine's July issue features an interesting article on the new wave of African-American fiction writers. The link below doesn't contain the whole article, but the teaser is worth sharing.

Enjoy.

Oh my God. Omar Tyree is on the cover of pages. Hmmm, interesting. AA's are rarely on the cover. Yep, I'm getting this one.

Anita:

Thanks for the post, but they are about two years behind (this site being one of the first to alert the public through the inimitable Messrs. Troy and Thumper's, adn the work of clubs and folks like Sr. Tee Cee Royal among others.

Thanks for the link Anita, I'll have to check that out. I cancelled my membership to Pages and another book related magazine, BookMarks, last year.

And Chris luv...I'm a woman...but thanks so much for the support. I only used Tee when I started up because I didn't want folks knowing my real name (Martina) and my nickname was T. Soooooooo, keep that on the DL. LOL. J/K. It is indeed a pleasure though to support and help promote our African American Authors...and three years into it, I've only just begun. <wink>

Oooooooooooh, ROFL. Oops. And errr, ummm...ya got me scared now. Is that a good or bad thing? Your name is VERY familiar. <grin>

(This is why I go by Tee). ROFL.

Troy, how about deleting a sista's real name up above?
