An open letter to the American people--
Twice, not once, but twice, all you punk time busters sat back and let George Bush sashay on up in the White House after he stole an election and didn't do nothing.
To hell with it--Burris might not be taking the right position but MIGHT IS RIGHT after 2000.
That genie ain't going back in the bottle.
Anybody don't like what Burris is doing, go up to DC and haul him out of there.

There are a lot of silent people who are willing to give Burris a pass mostly because his foes and detractors have personal and selfish ulterior motives in attacking him. Republicans and white candidates who want to replace him and white people who just plain don't want another black man in a high position are those who are the most up in arms about Burris.
Black people are luke warm in their opposition to him, wishing he had done a better job of covering his tracks. |

(GO! Can't nobody do a damn thang. Of course I doubt he will be re elected or whether he will run.
He ain't got to. In the couple years he got he will get the hookup (set hisself or his family up to be a lobbyist, collect some debts, etc.
