It remains to be seen--but if he is having that much trouble on purpose his method is truly Byzantine.
I think he is suffering from--yes, inxperience. No executive experience and a divided camp behind him.
Trouble is brewing with Hillary at State--it was unavoidable.
Lincoln may have had a cabinet of rivals but they were all trying to do the same thing.
He didn't have many Democrats on his cabinet, did he?
