Scottie,

First of all thank you for sharing and bearing your soul. I love the art of putting words together to produce poetry.

Please don't take what I about to say as being harsh: but if I could go the rest of my life without seeing "another" spin, take off, re-write or out take about "the revolution and its air time"!!

Can you feel me??

Big ups Scottie. I can't complain as I too have heard many a rendition of "the revolution..." but that's just a testament to original. Excellent job on finding your niche here.

Good write.

Rondall, I consider myself to be pretty literate but I can't say that I've heard another spin off of Revolution. I'm not a poet I write erotica so I might not run in the same circles. I'll try to look out for them but I certainly didn't know that Revolution samples were prevalent. Now that you mention it, I'm sure it's like rappers sampling George Clinton, it gets over done. In this instance, my ignorance was my motivation, not my lack of creativity.

Sista Afroerotik,

I have got nothing but love for you. And please don't take my banter for anything but what it is.

Your creativity could never be in question because you have produced this from the heart. In fact, I will make it a point to check out your website and read some of your other stuff.

By the way, there is a very powerful arguement that there is not such thing as anything original. Or at least it is very rare...

But your spin is still appreciated.
