OK I'll be nice. It's good therapy for my recuperative process.
The Mississippi river is rising, posing a danger to the St Louis area. Let's all hope that Chrishayden is a good swimmer or even a good floater or has sense enough to "get the hell out of Dodge"!

Cynique--I don't know what to say.

Actually here in, as one poster so infamouslyl called it, Coontown, we are high and dry.

This is the reason LaClede and Chouteau chose this for the site of the town, three hundred years ago.

Everyplace else for miles around is in a flood plain.

Out there in the low lying areas where all those white folks moved to get away from us they are drowning.

About a month ago I was up highway 79 to Quincy Illinois. That water was high then. It is something to see places I was underwater.

But, after all, they are all Republicans.

If the water comes up where I live, everybody is in trouble all up and down the Mississippi.
