I'm a little confused here. Was Dr. King not down with the civil rights movement? Or are Senator Obama and the Black misleadership class trying to rewrite history, by misleading the poor Black masses again?

I'm not a historian, far from it. Therefore I'm thinking maybe, maybe I have it all wrong. I thought Dr. King was a fighter in support of civil rights (as well as an extraordinary speaker that is). I thought he gave his life combating racism and championing civil rights. And while it was done peacefully, it was insistently and assertively and it was a struggle nonetheless......that's not right? Or is the black middle class, the Black misleadership class (btw), are they trying to rewrite history by cherry picking on shit, and by misleading us the poor Black masses yet again?

"I'm a little confused here. "

Yes, you are.....

"Was Dr. King not down with the civil rights movement?"

Yes, he was.

"Or are Senator Obama....."

What does Obama have to do with civil rights or history? Details please.....

"....and the Black misleadership class trying to rewrite history,...."

Who or what exactly is the so-called "black misleadership?" What the hell is that? More details please....

".....by misleading the poor Black masses again? "

Who or what is misleading the so-called black masses? When did this happen and exactly how are they being mislead? Examples...?

"I'm not a historian, far from it. "

Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Obviously.....

"Therefore I'm thinking maybe, maybe I have it all wrong. "

From what you've written so far, well....it certainly appears that way.....

"I thought Dr. King was a fighter in support of civil rights (as well as an extraordinary speaker that is)".

Uhhhhhhh.......Ok. He was. So what exactly made you re-think this? Why are you questioning it? Just curious....

"I thought he gave his life combating racism and championing civil rights. "

Duuuuhhhh....?? Yeaaaahhhhhh...!!! What is your point? Did you just learn this...???

"And while it was done peacefully, it was insistently and assertively and it was a struggle nonetheless......that's not right? "

Uhhh...Yes...but seriously.....where are you going with this? And again -WHAT IS YOUR POINT??????

"Or is the black middle class,......"

What about the black middle class? What do you seriously know about it besides spewing tired meaningless imbecilic cliché's and mendacious accusations you heard someone else say? PLEASE DETAIL YOUR ARGUMENT -I'D LIKE TO HEAR IT.

."...... the Black misleadership class (btw), are they trying to rewrite history....."

WTF..??????? Rewrite history...??????? How exactly are they doing that? And why? Please give documented references and details. I'd like to hear this......seriously...

" ......by cherry picking on shit,...."

Cherry picking on shit??? Uh huh.....I see. And you can provide exhaustive details and examples of this, correct....???

"......and by misleading us the poor Black masses yet again? "

Us..???? One more time, who exactly are you talking about?? Names please. And how precisely are underclass blacks being mislead?

Yeah. She got to be getting paid.

Hey, Tonya.

At least you could pay Troy for this political advertising you're doing on behalf of the Clintons

I was thinking about building a coalition of Black owned websites to annouce our endorsement of the Obama candidacy.

We could perhaps hit a million folks by with out combined our mailing lists. Now there is a thought I'm seriously considering.

Obama has gathered the resoruces to effective reach voter. I even got a letter reminding me to register in the democratic party so that I may vote in the primary.

I get zero communication from the Clinton campaign -- and I'm a Black New Yorker. They take SO forgranted. But I can't blame them -- we let them.

Bro, I have no idea. But she has been rambling on and on and on with one acerbic dig and post after another about Obama. I don't have a problem with her preferring Clinton over Obama. It's her right. No problem there. But if she could provide some intelligent commentary or specifics as to why Hillary is a better candidate for the presidency than Obama (according to her reasoning) instead of what some rabid anti-Obamanite wrote, it might be interesting and entertaining.

It would also be nice if she would stop spamming the board daily with one recusant article after another about the man vice being a compliant proxy for negative anti-Obama political hacks -that would also help.

Well, bro Troy, sounds like a pro-active kinda move. I think you should do it. I like it when people step out front, campaign and push for their candidate, regardless of who they are. America needs more of that -especially in black communities.

Tonya does come out of a lot of bags, but if she's for Hillary, then so be it. She is being held to a different standard by the Obama zealots. She's no more "off the wall" than that screwball, chrishayden.
