Hello All,

I was in Amazon.com a few minutes ago looking at some titles I wanted to buy. Carey got me started by bringing up BabaraNeeley. I love the Blanche White mystery series and haven't heard of any new installments of it in YEARS! As I was looking around, The Darkest Child by Delores Phillips and The Fifth Born by Zelda Lockhart came up. I discovered that Lockhart came out with another novel years ago that I did not know about. I can't think of the title, but I did put it in my shopping cart. Delores Phillips had the one title, The Darkest Child, under her name.

I'm more than a little sad about this because I so loved those two novels! Both were wonderful!! I was wondering what's happening with the authors. If anyone knows, please drop me a line. Talent such as these authors possess should not go unnoticed.

Hey Thump,

I communicated via e-mail with Delores here in Cleveland a few years ago. She told me she was working on the sequel to "The Darkest Child" and was also busy reading several novels as a judge for a literary contest. I'm looking forward to her next book.

Did you ever read The New York Times' review of her book? They showed her no love.
