Even Black Issues Book review's site had a TON of potential have done absolutely nothing... The strongest new comer is theurbanbooksource.com In the scheme of things the sites that do the best are the ones that have been around the longest -- that is the single best indicator for a sites success. At the end of the list are sites that have dropped off.
