is a native of Philadelphia , PA who attended Grambling (B.A.), Louisiana Tech University (M.A.), pursuing a PhD. Between 2004- present Mr. Davis has worked at UALR and Pulaski Technical College as a lecturer & instructor of history. In 2008, he was awarded a grant by the Arkansas Black History Commission for research on the Arkansas Tuskegee Airmen. He has published works with the Encyclopedia of Arkansas History and Culture. His forthcoming book is entitled AIRKANSAN:The journey of Milton Crenchaw slated due in early 2009.
