Nice review Cynique. I had read the blurb for that book and decided it wasn't for me. Just like your review said, it looked like it would be a combination of an episode of The Twilight Zone and The Left Behind Series. The length of the book was a turnoff too. I'm glad you found something positive to say because we authors live by those one or two sentence quotes.

Actually, I wish now I had recommended this novel without any caveats. There might be some people who could get into it. And the author had obviously put a lot of time and effort into this book.

Your review was fair, balanced and entertaining.
I have a natural aversion to any book over 300 pages. The author should be able to make their point without killing a bunch of trees. LOL> |
