See I am learning. I started a new thread because as all of you know I can get in the middle of some great debates and spoil the flow/mood. Sooooo, I just wanted to say how greatful I am for this place, Thumper's Corner.
Having just talked with A_Women I know I am blessed. I asked her if it was alright if I hit the board and mentioned a few things we talked about? She said sure but cautioned me to be aware that everyone has not talked with me one-on-one and therefore the meaning or playfulness of my posts may not translate exactly how I would like them via this medium. I asked her to give me an example and she would not. She did however tell me that although she and I have talked on the phone several times, she still can get somewhat taken aback by something I dropped on the board. Not that I was trying to harm her or make a joke of her but that writers, women and some postees are a little sensitive about themselves and their work.
Now I am not saying I ain't going to bust up in a conversation about slim lips and start talkin' about fat booty. Hey, I am working on that too.
I think I'll just call those that I may have kicked a little dust on and simply say that I am sorry because I am.
