Award-winnng poet/playwright celebrates the release of her new book of poems,"THE WOODS DEEP INSIDE ME" on August 12, & Sept. 8, 2005 at the Wailuku Pubic Library on Maui.
Coming in FEB. 2006,BLACK HISTORY MONTH "A TRIBUTE TO DR. KING" Written & Directed by this gifted poet/playwright. In the history of the island, Maui's first African-American play at the Historic Iao Theatre in Wailuku. Winner of the Pat Parker poetry-prize and the Audre Lorde Memorial Prose-prize Ayin is definately one to watch in the spotlight. |
