Those assholes are guilty of sexual, physical and verbal assault--(on this young victim)--not to mention racism, bigotry, and misogyny. HIV is too good for them. You can only catch it once sometimes, and they ought to spend the rest of their lives catching hell.

One is only a victim if a crime has been perpetuated against them. The evidence clearly showed that no such thing had been perpetuated against the woman in question who is anything but "young". She's been around the block so many times that her footprints are permanently engraved in the blacktop. She got caught up in her own game and it backfired on her. Had it gone to court the evidence would have showed her to be a lying, manipulative, misdirected individual and no amount of prosecutorial spin would have been able to redeem her. The defense would have ripped her a new hole or two and deservingly so.
The sad truth is that the combination of drugs, alchohol, and stupidity put her in a position she had no business being in. Her own arrogance made her think she could spin it so she could get paid 'cause she knew, like we all knew, that those "assholes" had big, deep pockets and would pay well to keep this thing hushed. Where she made her mistake at was not realizing or understanding that there was a community of people who actually cared what happened to a black woman and they were going to insure she got justice. When it got out of control, there was nothing she nor anyone else could do but let it play out and hope for the very best.
Were I in the prosecutor's office, with full knowledge of the evidence now available, I'd bring charges against her for falsifying a crime. Women who cry rape when no rape has occurred do every woman who has been raped a grand disservice. Women, like this woman, who would stoop so low deserve to be punished as severely as any man who does commit rape.
Wanting the crime to be true and it being true are two very different things. Wanting it, just because it feels good to point a finger to say "look what 'dey done did to us now!" is no better than the lie that started all this mess to begin with.

Very well written. Your argument was on point and honest Babygirl. Thank you. Unfortunately, there are Negroes with no lives who dwell in the deep abscess of delusion, racism and ignorance. To them, fantasy and pay back for past misdeeds trumps irrefutable evidence and facts. They prefer denial and vengeance for crimes that never happened other than in the mind of a bipolar delusional prostitute. Their only argument revolves around name calling and accusations of being a race traitor to all who defy or question their twisted mental racist paranoia. The street hustling skank lied and Nifong manipulated and tampered with evidence in an attempt to get a bogus conviction. It didn’t work……this time.
