The two worst cases in this bunch are Vivica and Lil' Kim because they have done irreversible damage to themselves by overdoing the plastic surgeries. Jasmine's issues are easily corrected with simple facial exercises and by wearing a different hair style. I don't know what the •••• is up with Tisha. She looks like she's totally out of it. The rest of the ladies look alright to me. Everyone is not photogenic at all times. | ||

Lauren still isn't as pretty as she use to be but that first pic was not cute. This is the lauren I remember:  I think Jasmine needs more than simple facial exercises. She might do well with some plastic surgery. I'm with Abm; she HAS to be older than what we were led to believe because I ain't never seen a black or mixed woman AGE THAT BADLY....EVER. Tisha looks like a damn muppet or a light skinned NY (flavor of love) in that pic. She looks a hot ass mess. And this shit:  LAWD! AS - I don't know if you're familiar with the system of facial exercises called Facercise - it came out during the nineties. It helps to tighten up the muscles in the face just like regular exercise firms up the body. It's not a cure-all but I think it would help Jasmine regain her youthful appearance. | ||

To me, Jasmine looked more funny than old. If she hadn't been smiling so broadly all of the the laugh lines wouldn't have been so prominent.Why Viveca Fox messed up with her perfectly good face with plastic surgery, I don't know. Vanessa Williams is in her 40s so she doesn't look like a 20-something but she looked great at the Screen Actor Guild Awards. Now let's take Oprah. She's at the top of her game, but she got some sno nuff bags under her eyes that make-up and proper lighting still don't hide. And what's with that southern belle hair style she's been sporting lately??? But I did think the superbowl commercial with her and David Letterman was one of the better ones aired. | ||

I degrade and post negative articles about black people? Well, I have a few things to say in response to your grossly inaccurate and false accusation. First, I'm shocked that you would attempt to make such a bogus claim. But I have noticed as of late, you have been taking a number of swipes and digs at me. At first I did not know what to think since I don't recall any bad blood between us previously. So I tried to gaff it off and roll with it. But after a while, I knew a train wreck was eventually going to happen. It was just a matter of time. So here we are. Secondly, I'm going to tell you what I tell everyone else. You know the drill and goes like this: Talk the talk -walk the walk! Since you are so skilled at forensic cherry picking of articles and posts, find those where I was calling black people names, putting them down as a racial group or calling them racist names. Your accusations are silly and disingenuous. And what is most disturbing, is the very fact that you have written seemingly countless commentaries and rebuttals addressing reckless, irresponsible and self destructive black behavior. You have openly dismissed and admonished unacceptable excuse making for poor black behavior. And every time you did so, I aggressively supported, posted an addendum or thanked you for doing so. Why? Not because you requested it. Not because it was necessary. Not because your commentary could not stand on its own. But because your sentiments mirrored mine! So if I'm agreeing with you about poor black behavior, how am I posting negative trash talking and you're not? How exactly does that work? Thirdly, since I'm degrading black people, how many times have I relentlessly argued (to no avail) against black people openly using racist epitaphs (e.g. the "n" word) and self degrading language towards one another? How many times have I expressed accolades and support for black women who are struggling to raise children without fathers? How many times have I harshly criticized black men for walking away from their responsibilities as fathers and not supporting the children they create? How many times have objected to violent, misogynistic and vulgar so called gangsta rap and the industry of negative images it generates that degrades women and black people? How many times have I reminded people to please watch educational series and shows about black history and how important is was to do so? How many times have I answered questions or posted articles or posted personal commentaries about black artists? How long have I raged a war against the ongoing skin color tribalism and other racist and divisive light vs dark nonsense? It goes on and on. But where is the degradation of black people? These postings (links) are the scaffolding that supports your argument against me for allegedly saying negative and degrading things about black people? OMG! You gotta be kidding! If you have taken the to notice, the bread and butter of this forum is posting of controversial subjects for debate, inquiry and discussion. The majority of articles are racial in nature. But let's deal with those links you posted. The first one was about pictures that were sent to me by a black woman. I posted the pics and what she had told me. It concerned her male co-workers and she wanted to know what my opinion was. Actually I thought it was ridiculous and funny. But I posted it. But you took great offense to it. But in that entire thread I never degraded black people as a group! Of all the offensive and degrading pictures in personal attacks you have posted, did I ever criticize you? The second thread deals with an article about a pending Eddie Murphy movie. How did I degrade black people by posting a commentary about black people? The article was written by Jenice Armstrong who is a black woman who writes articles for the Philadelphia Daily News Girlfriends Locker Room. So how am I degrading black people for posting and article written by a black woman about stereotyping black women?? The third and fourth links you posted was a FUBAR on my part since I posted them twice (and I paid for it!). I have hundreds of articles I have archived and those that I receive on a daily basis from many, many sources. I'm constantly weeding through them. I'm only human and at some point a repeat is bound to happen. Sorry for that. But this particular article that spun you up, "Column: For young black women, stereotypes go beyond waist size", dealt with self images and black women. It was written by Kayla Charleston who just happens to be, once again, a black woman!!! So all three post came from or were written by black women. Yet I am posting inane subjects and degrading black people? Well, if this is all you have, I think you need to revamp your personal attack on me because this one was very weak and failed -miserably. | ||
