Supermodel Naomi Campbell has rubbished reports that her ever-youthful look is a result of plastic surgery, and has credited her Ethiopian roots as the reason for her beauty.
The 35-year old Campbell said that she had never gone under the knife to maintain her looks, and added that the reason she has no wrinkles was because of her Ethiopian genes.
"I'm fed up with people saying I've had plastic surgery and lipo. I don't need it because black don't crack. My grandmother has fantastic genes and only has about one wrinkle," Femalefirst quoted her, as saying.
The model said that the best way to have healthy skin was to eat right and exercise regularly.
"I just take care of my body. I don't drink alcohol and I work out for two hours a day," she said.

I think it's reasonable to question her "beauty"--as she has been a serious smoker and party girl/model for many, many years. They're not jealous. As we all know, different groups of people have extremely different ideas of what beauty is and is not. Most Asians would not want to be Black, and most Blacks would not want to be Asian.

I think the same way. That goes back to my post in the Culture room, when I talked about the black man I met in Florida who said that he thought that Serena Williams was more attractive than Halle Berry. |
