It finally happened....

My famous boobs dropped!



I've been crying, but THE KING ("TomTrojan" wants me to stop using his name online) says I still look fine, so I'm not going to have them lifted--which would leave really ugly scars.

He says they look normal...just "heavy".

Yeah...errr...SAGGY

Tom-Trojan can be so polite.

Anyway,

I've lost so much weight. I'll soon be a size 6.

I'm not, however, going back to my life long size 4.
That was too skinny, right?




I think I look better with a little meat on.



Now comes the TONING up at the gym....and after that, the lipo to re-shape my waist.

I can't wait to have a small waistline again!

I've got long gorgeous legs and a nice ass---so I pray to look really HOT again.

How I'm losing weight:

I cut out ALL BREAD, all pasta, all starches and most dairy products.

COMPLETELY.

I eat a very low carb diet.

Eggs and bacon in the morning.

Yogurt or banana for snack.

A HUGE bowl of chopped lettuce with chopped ham sprinkled on top for dinner.

I drink 2 gallons of water throughout the day.

And 2 glasses of Cranberry Juice--1 with dinner and 1 before bed.

I walk (partly jog) for exactly 90 minutes 4 nights a week---there are steep hills along the way that really help with "resistance".

1 tablespoon COD LIVER OIL at bedtime every night.



The weight has been coming off very fast and I gained a lot of strength from the walking/jogging.

ONLY...my teeth hurt.

Size 4 ?!!!!o_O
I never knew anyone over 6'0" could be smaller than a size 10. I'm a size 24 and I could never get to that size. The only way I could be a size 4 was if I died and was in mid-decomposition. :P

You are fine.
You're not 20 anymore. And you had 4 boys (and 6 pregancies you said?)I think that can change one's metabolism. You can't expect to have all that and not have your body change a little.

And guys are still falling in love with you aren't they? You DO still get those letters, right? If you do, then you are apparently still attractive and need no fixing.

Speaking as someone who also had to lose weight (on metabolism-altering meds)...Just keep up your overall health with yor diet and exercize and the body will follow...IN TIME. Don't rush it like Oprah did. :-)
