Harlem Book Fair 2009 Re-Inventing 21st Century Culture Join us as we come together in the celebration of literature & culture on July 17-19th, 2009. In honor of Barack, community, and ourselves, this year celebrates Black People Re-Inventing 21st Century Culture. If you are a publisher, self-published author, food vendor or cultural vendor, now is the time to reserve your spot for the Harlem Book Fair. Please log on to www.qbr.com for an exhibitor & vendor application. This year the Harlem Book Fair will also work in conjunction with its partners to launch the New Rochelle Festival of Books in May 2009 and The Westchester & Rockland Counties African American Book Fair (West/Rock) in June 2009. Become a Founding Participant. Exhibitors can participate for $100. Please log on to www.qbr.com for event information and vendor applications. The 2009 Harlem Book Fair Program Journal We are accepting insertion orders for the 11th Anniversary Celebration Program Guide. Don?t be left out! Promote your business in this year?s journal for as little as $30. The 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" program will include all of the events of the day, including panel discussions and author readings, plus a Vendor Location Plan for easy access to you, our exhibitors. The free program guide, with your ad, will be available as an online, downloadable PDF file for all fairgoers at no charge. A half-page color ad (4 1/2"w x 3 3/4"d) is $30; a full page (4 1/2"w x 7 1/2"d) color ad is $40. The Guide will be free to the public and will serve as a souvenir of the event as well. Every fairgoer will want to download one. We urge you to advertise your participation at the book fair as we will promote our advertisers as our premiere exhibitors. The cost is nominal. We are expecting over 30,000 attendees and many more will view the guide on our website. Ads must be delivered in PDF file format (300dpi). Deadline for ad and payment is Tuesday, June 26, no exceptions. Please reserve your ad space and send ad materials to advertising@qbr.com. We have over 150 exhibitors. Space is limited and advertisers will beplaced on a as-received basis. We are going to have a GREAT time at the event this year.
