On blocks where houses are abandoned, vacant lots, crime in the streets How is it that all the sidewalks (and I mean all of them) are wheelchair accessible. There is wheelchair and scooter traffic, but not that much--and ghetto mechanized wheelchair users usually run them in the streets Whazzup?) |
