After that My Space case Should we watch what we post? I mean, if what you post can be Criminal it can certainly be tortious. Or at least an offence against public health, order, education and welfare? |

Depending on which case you're referring to, don't sweat it. If you tell someone to drop dead and they do, then they're dead, and stupid too. The MySpace case is unusual because the woman violated the site's rules. That's what exposed her to the adverse consequences of the law. |

She got involved with a kid's spat and she posted things that led to the little girl committing suicide. She's a murderer. If she'd hung around here--this area is where it went down--they'd have strung her up by her boobs. |
