Cynique, I've been wrong. We've been doing this a long time but I am going to stop. I am not saying I am wrong about anything I 've said but I've come to believe that our exchanges are not good on several levels. Dunno what happened to the original post (if any). But in case anyone is interested in a Sunday funny, I found this story humorous. One of those things that could have turned out to be a tragedy... Two young brothers caused an uproar in Anderson Friday morning when they wandered away from their home and into a neighbor’s home. Neighbors and public safety officers launched an intense search after John and Matthew Farrar disappeared from their home. The boy’s mother called to report the 2- and 3-year-olds missing at about 9:45 a.m. About 100 city and county emergency workers scrambled into the neighborhood to search for the boys. Little did they know that the toddlers were next door in the home of a sleeping neighbor, playing out their own version of Goldilocks gone bad. Angie Lovorn was sound asleep on the other side of the house after working a third shift and said she had no idea the boys were in her house. "I would have right away looked through my house if I’d known they were missing," Lovorn said. But she didn’t know. And while she slept, the toddlers ransacked her cupboards, munching on Teddy Grahams, marshmallows and chips. Lovorn finally awoke and saw the emergency workers outside her home at about the same time searchers spotted the boys coming out her back door. One of the brothers was wearing a Clemson University football helmet that belongs to Lovorn’s son. “They even got on the top bunk," Lovorn said. "These items -- stuffed animals -- were on the top bunk." From the looks of the house, the boys enjoyed their visit. And in his chronic inablility to ever leave my name out of his ramblings, Carey toyed with the idea of putting my head on the bodies of some of those volumptuous women ABM posted and I objected to his idea to making me the "butt" of his jokes. Yes, I have a problem with Carey's sacrificing accuracy (lying)for the sake of a laugh in his rap ups but I don't run this site, and he can do anything his pleases, - except play fast and loose with a head shot of me. | ||

Those little boys are out of control though; breaking and entering, criminal mischief, thief, vandalism look at this place:  What kind of 3 year old does this?! -------- Cynique, I hear you. A big problem in cyberspace is that people can post anything without anyones permission. On Facebook, for example, I can put a nude photo of someone tag them and that photo is instantly available everywhere (emails, cell photos, other peoples profiles. It does not matter if the original photo is immediately deleted. Plus the internet is copied and archived -- making it almost impossible to erase something that is posted... Carey please don't post Cynique's photo. ----------- As I type this a Brother is repeating "Act stupid now" over and over. The voices are louder. The dice game continues. More often that not this does not end up in a physical altercation, but sometimes it does... Now my man is saying "Whatchu wanna do?" over and over.... Probably won't be a fight tonight (thankfully). Usually people who really wanna fight talk much less. | ||

The great Oz has spoken. Okay Troy, I will not do that. In fact, I was never going to do that. The thought alone was crackin' me up. Like I said to my fellow postee, I have no real problem with what others may say or think about me. Heck, if that wasn't the case I wouldn't have continued to post over the last 10 years. The thoughts of others can do little harm to us. The larger problem is how we process it. But since I can't control the thought process of others, I am trying to become more aware of how some of my stuff affects them. The effects of something I may think is funny could cause harm to others. "Harm" like "pain", is an ambiguos word ...maybe I should say it can cause discomfort. I am so glad that you stopped me, Troy, because ...well, if you didn't read my original post, I was thinking about using you in a couple of pictures. Do you remember the picture of Kanya West and the white chick? Okay, now, how would that look with you and Kola laying in each others lap *lol*. Yevettep was not going to be spared either. By all accounts Yevettep is a white women *lol*. Well, that's just what Kitty has told me *smile*. So could you picture "her" white face on one of those bubble booties. I was working on the caption but I couldn't quite nail it. I was thinking about asking for suggestions. Anyway, I was going to work with that idea. I was going to use the bubble above the head thang as well. I had over 170 posts from one thread to work with, plus several others. The cut and paste thang was going to be in full affect. But someones opinion shut me down. The head shots were just a joke but I did have a wrapup that I thought was going to be one of my best. Some don't like it. Some do not like being the butt of jokes. | ||
