Family members of singer Teddy Pendergrass are saying that he is critically ill and the doctor has told his wife to prepare for his death. The exact details of his illness are not know yet. Teddy was paralyzed from the waist down with limited use of his arms after a car accident in 1982 when the brakes failed on his Rolls-Royce and he hit a tree.
