hello to all i was looking around on the different boards and i saw a topic about black being jealous of biracial blacks more than whites. it interest me because it seems that i go through the same thing in the public with black women. they will say stuff like she think shes all that or thats not all of her hair and such and such. not all though some compliments me and say nice thing back. and then there are some that just gives me a look of evilness. in my country hawaii its different so i dont know if its an american thing or what. to see pics of me please visit my web site at www.freewebs.com/worldofentertainment23 love all

The pics are ok with me. While surfing or trolling, just watch out for places like Destee.com. Otherwise, I think you'll find a lot of interesting locations that offer a positive assessment on intra-racial conflict and discord.

You can find Skin Whitening Cream in Wal*mart. No joke. Just go to the Ethnic Care Products section. Asians, Africans, East Indians and many other cultures use it.

Bleaching creams have been around for a hundred years and black woman have always used them. Nadinola is a very popular brand. The companies who produce these products use all kinds of terms to disguise what these creams are, but they're purpose is to lighten the skin.

Cynique:

I thought that was Ultra Nadinola (remember the commercials Millie Jackson used to do for them--Millie Jackson doing commercials for Ultra Nadinola--sounds like a Dave Chappelle Routine.

You probably remember Dixie Peach, too and--there was some other stuff I remember I used to use about half a jar of it on my hair (to get those waves)haw! After a few hours it was sticking everywhere--but that ain't the killer.

I used to put on a hat over it! The inside of a new hat would be black with grease in no time.

I never did have a conk though. My mother wouldn't let me and by the time I was old enough they were out of fashion--

Well, Chris, back in the day, the men in my area preferred Murray's Pomade, "a hair-dressing for men". It was so thick guys would have to gouge it out of the can, rub it around in their hands and slap it on their heads. Then after dragging a fine-toothed comb through their gooky hair, to keep it smooth they'd put on the forerunner of a doo-rag, which would be one of their mother's old nylons knotted into a "stocking cap". When they were ready to step out, they'd take off the stocking cap and their hair would have a sleek patent-leather appearance.

Chinid, you look fine. I'm very familiar with the black-jealousy situation. Yes, it's an american thing too, but those haters you've encoutered are only exhibiting the affects of being fed a negative self-image for their own features set by eurocentric beauty standards. On the mainland someone with your hair and face is more desired and you would be considered "exotic". Although many blacks have developed a better self-image in the vrecent decade, many others atre still brainwashed into thinking that they are unnattractive for having more african features. In turn they release their anger on anyone who has what they don't. It helps to complement them, because it's not you, they need to learn to love themselves and reject this country's racist beaty standards. They have been trained to assume that everyone thinks they are ugly and inferior so complementing or treating them as you would want them to treat you would probably break their expectations.

BTW, you don't sell those destructive creams, do you?

Brainwashing has nothing to do with a Dark skin (Authentic BLACK) person stating that Chinid's "attributes" are ugly. Just like most of the posts on this board, it is an opinion based on someone's life TRUTHS.

Any rational DARK skin (BLACK) person would INSIST that their dark skin and nappy hair is the most beautiful (healthy, strong); therefore the antithesis of that--unhealthy, thin and weak (i.e. Chinid) would be considered hideously gross, sick--"like shit," as Heru so eloquently explained. It's not of anger, at all.

If I saw a leper walking the street with a horrible case of ANGORA, I'd likely comment: "Look at that hideous mutant, with a horrible hair growth problem." To me, lepers are hideous, and I'd make every attempt to caste them out like the ANCESTORS did the mutants over the Caucaus mountains.
