Should Scott Petersen Die? The judge has sentenced him to death as recommended by the jury. I just don’t get this one - without any direct evidence that he did it or even a definitive cause of death. I know all the legal mumbo-jumbo reasoning behind this but the reality is they have sentenced him to death without any evidence. I’ve heard a couple of the jurors saying they voted guilty/death because he didn’t seem to show any remorse. WTH???
Then we have the Bobby Blake trial – into their 8th day of deliberating. Again, no evidence that he did it, all circumstantial. Although they did find the gun but no evidence that Bobby did it. My question in this one is: how stupid was this woman? Here Bobby is going all over town asking folks to off her for him – she HAD to have heard something and still she acted up enough for him to want to kill her.
Michael Jackson – what can be said? The reports so far seem to be in favor of the defense. But now they’re saying that the prosecution has a witness who is close to Michael and was at the house when all this was supposed to be going on and he overhead Michael & Co. talking about the situation, he took notes and his testimony is very damaging for Michael.
Kobe’s woman got paid – duh!
What really pissed me off this a.m. was the news report – they spent over 5 minutes talking about Michael’s case and then put out a 5 second blurb that 125 teachers got pink slips yesterday and another round is coming out for administrators and counselors. Wouldn’t you think the teacher story more important *eyebrows raised like Thumper* ???

Everybody was up in arms because during the victim response speeches, Laci Peterson's family raked Scott over the coals, and Scott's momma jumped up and yelled back that her son was innocent, after which chaos ensued in the court room. And all of the mealy-mouthed reporters on Court TV were sooooo scandalized because Scott wouldn't offer an apology to Laci's parents. What the hell. If the cold blooded motherfucker claims he didn't do it, why would he apologize??? Scott is a narcissistic sociopath but I'm sick of the way Laci and her fetus have been elevated to sainthood. And Scott's mistress Amber Frye gives new meaning to the word "skank." And while Cynique is at, they oughta pull the plug on that "grinning vegetable" in Florida in accordance with her husband's wishes. 15 years is long enough to honor the "in sickness and in health" vows, especially since the health is "artificial" and his wife was a bulimic before she went into a coma and would probably hate having food forced into her through a tube. Jeb Bush and company need to mind their own business. |

I think Amber was pushed by that little bitty bitch Gloria Allred to show out. They sure pushed her 15 minutes of fame.
