Olivia Goldsmith who wrote the 7 million selling "FIRST WIVES CLUB" and other hit novels, died following complications from a FACE LIFT!!!!

OMG. And to think I've been truly agonizing over whether or not to have a face lift. This is very frightening.
Being single again after being in a relationship for SO LONG makes it so much more "confusing" and "stressful".
I made a movie that comes out next month. It's a documentary called "RELATIONSHIPS" and it debuts at the Pan African Film Festival in LOS ANGELES at the Magic Johnson Theature, Feb. 10th, directed by Donovan Salmon. Anyway--Don showed me the scenes where I'm talking and I still looked very pretty, I thought. Somehow, he made me look really good, especially on the big screen version. But for those of us approaching 40 and who are vain (a sickness), this is very hard to figure out what to do about ones looks. I really do want a face lift, but then again, I've noticed that simply losing weight helps.
Still, there's that "hanging", "droop" look when you're older and lose weight. I don't know.
Thank God for those of us who are BLACK, because that also helps enormously. I notice that the white women around here my age look much older than me--but it's the black ones my age that look SO GOOD, and some of them have had "work done"....it makes you want to "keep up".
I really don't know.

You got to be careful and do some research. One of James Brown's wives died undergoing cosmetic surgery--I am not sure what happened to her but I think it is a result of an adverse reaction to the anesthetic--people likewise used to die all the time in dentists's chairs.
At any rate it is a decision that need not be taken quickly-- |

Yes, it was Adrienne that died. But she had a massive amount of work done at once and also had some other "prescription" drugs with her at the recovery center that she was taking at the same time as her pain meds. |
