The "Angry Black Woman" - Just Another Bigot?
They call it the "Angry White Man." A term for white men who are "fed up" with everything, especially Black people. But what does the "angry white man" really have to be angry about, compared to the daily insults that Black folks must endure? The fact is, the ANGRY white man concept is meant to provide cover and apology for a man who is, in truth, merely a RACIST white man.
Which brings us to the "Angry Black Woman."
The blind and robotic hatred that is expressed by Black woman-- even toward Black men they don't even know --can no longer be excused or overlooked. When you begin to express hatred toward someone you don't even know, and when you make broad brush negative comments about an entire people, then you are one thing and one thing only: A BIGOT.
Far too many Black women have become "self-righteous bigots." And the self-righteous bigot is the most dangerous bigot of all.
Raised and weaned on "nigger's ain't shit literature" written by the likes of Terry McMillions (the anti-brother writer with cartoons on the cover of her books), Black women believe they are the "worlds greatest victims." And, just like the Israelis, they believe they have the "right" to engage in wanton stereotyping and rank bigotry without being called on it. Black men are expected to listen to Black women spew hatred without comment. Pointing out the bigotry of Black women gets you labeled a "chauvinist who is afraid of strong Black women." Just like pointing out the murderous habits of the Israelis get you labeled "an anti-Semite."

Exhale"-- he turned out to be gay. He called Terry a tyrant
who knew he was gay.
And more and more people are getting hip to this.
For example, filmmaker Tim Alexander refers to what he calls the "Angry Black Woman Syndrome." He says it "must be identified, diagnosed and treated." Alexander points out that Black who "grow up in fatherless homes, hearing their aunts and grandmothers saying black men are no good, hearing that opinion reinforced in the media, grow up to be angry adult women."

"They grow up, deal with the wrong men, finally meet the right guy and don't know how to turn it off," Alexander says. "They are so used to fighting; it's the only way they know to have a relationship. So when a man is a good man, they think he's a punk."

The video explores the typical situation of Black women
who "goes nuts" when they see one of their ex-husbands
with his new white girlfriend. A typical case of the spoil
brat bigot not appreaching something until someone else

Sabrina Lamb, owner of the positive relationships website called flirtingtime.com, points out that Black women have "adopted the mindset of the oppressive racist system" in terms of how they regard Black men. She says that Black women think they are superior to Black men "just because we got a paycheck and we work around white people." Lamb points out that Black women "adopt a masculine energy and modality, and then we act towards our men like we are men. Not only are we acting like men towards our men, and adopting what white people feel and believe about our men. That's what's causing the separation and this so-called battle [between the sexes]." She goes on to say "There is this pool over here of women that only socialize with other women. And that's where they get their information about the world and particularly men."
SABRINA LAMB: Owner of flirtingtime.com, is an
on-air personality at WRKS-FM (Emmis Broadcasting)
in New York City. She also contributes her "Straight,
No Chaser" to the 987kissfm.com website.
Lamb says that Black woman "...admit that they don't like men, they don't like Black men-- and they're not lesbians. They don't like men, they don't respect them, they don't trust them. But then they try to get with one. I'll be very clear with them and say: 'Why are you at a party? Why are you even talking to men-- other than to flirt or to further your craziness?' "
It appears that Black women have become political surrogates, doing the dirty work of racist white men. The shield of their color and "victimhood" prevents Black women from being called to account for their neo-racism. Many have become little more than racist white boys dressed in "blackface" and "drag."
Stephen A. Smith, host of "Quite Frankly" on ESPN, points out that we have "become Oprah-fied" and Black women "Don't want to accept accountability" for their bad behavior. Smith says that, "The problem is not the trials and tribulations that a Black man goes through, it's the fact that he comes home and this woman who is benefiting from his trials and tribulations doesn't recognize that she has benefited from his trials and tribulations and instead sits there and looks at him like he is a malady, like he is a liability instead of an asset. Then she turns around an wonders why he says the hell with you I'm gonna move on and go and get someone else who appreciates my value as a man."
STEPHEN A. SMITH: Host of "Quite Frankly" on ESPN.
Smith believes that Black women are ignorant about Black men, because they get all of the information about men from angry Black women: "Women talking to other women: How asinine is that? Another woman cannot teach you about a man." Smith points out that Black women give mixed signals-- dressing like whores and then getting upset when a man responds to them accordingly: "You are a voluptuous woman. You understand what I am saying? And half of your cleavage is hanging out, tattoos in places that draw attention. All of these different things. . . When you talk about women being disrespected and for all intent and purposes objectified-- well excuse me, I think we live in a society today where women objectify themselves."
Black women have been getting a pass on their rampant bigotry. That pass will not be granted forever.

I cannot relate to that article. I get all my information about Black men from Black men: my husband, father, brothers, uncles, male friends, cousins. Like any group of folks there are good and bad in that group. If I am ever angry, it is at specific men and not men as a group.
Either I am just really out of touch, or folks are vastly over-exaggerating the existence of this "angry Black woman" phenomenon. |

Good point Yvettep. Your point is well taken. But remember, you are a rational and fair minded mature black woman. They are not. Nor do you have an axe to grind like a number of these wounded bitter black man hating heretics. Their anger of being rejected and their deep feelings of insecurity has driven them to retaliate through unbrittled hate and scorn.
You do not have that issue. You state honest and objective points. The others are desperate to insult and attack the very men who gave them life. Their disappointments and frustration with black men is understandable. I have said this before. But these hysterical buffoons have taken racist name calling and vicious finger pointing to a new level. Their hateful rhetoric says much more about them than the individuals they target. Yeah, I've been shit on, hurt, abandoned by daddy, all of that. So I kind of felt that anger and resentment. It's sort of like "once-bitten, twice shy" kind of shit. So I understand. We are hurt and we need to heal. But we can't expect black men to rescue us from that hurt, especially if they are hurting themselves. Hell, I don't know. I know there are good black men out there, who don't deserve any of the anger and resentment I feel at times. I guess the black woman has to now wear two different faces until the pain really goes away. |

I only dated black women all my life.
I never had much problem with them. We always got along great.
Most of them were medium brown in complexion with pressed hair or a relaxer style. They all had ass. 
Once or twice I had a "light-skint" girlfriend. They were very nice but I always preferred a woman with more coloring.
I dated a really dark skinned chick from Barbados in college. I had sex with a fine I mean FOINE ass Jet black girl in high school but she had "self-hateration issues" and sex was about all you could get from her. She hated everybody for supposedly looking down on her which some people did but the truth is I thought she was fine as hell.
I had sex with a white girl who was at my cousin's house one time and she basically let us run a train on her. That was in high school. I had sex with an Indian girl in college but she thought I was lucky to have her. She was better than me in her mind. I dated a second white girl but my ex girlfriends (the sistas) started clowning me about her being fat so I dumped the fat white girl and got with an African sista, but she was too bowing and traditional for my tastes. Had to be chaperone just to visit her and her parents sizing me up.
I had sex with twin black girls one time! Nice fine ass thick fine ass sistas too! I had to pay cash, but hey.
My current girlfriend is my very first to have natural hair. She wears an afro and huge earrings all the time. She's almost dark brown, but kind of tea-ish too. She can only cook "pork chop sandwiches" and got ass for days.
I don't know what it is about me and black women. Seem like we just love each other.
